[jQuery] How to delete unneeded function out of Jquery?

Hello ,
I'm wondering how to delete unneeded functions out of jquery. (this
could strongly reduce the file size!)
Can somebody tell me more?
For exemple: I don't use the "text( )" function and want to delete it.
