More political philosophy about Democracy..
 
I think Democracy needs requirements, that is also extracted from the following question:
 
From where people get a correct judgment in Democracy ?
 
So you are noticing that to be able to be good judgment in Democracy, you have to be correct "Elitism" that guides people, and you have to be Meritocracy to be able to be the necessary quality or perfection, but then you are noticing that to be able to be Meritocracy there must be
a reward for the merit, by for example rewarding by giving more
money.
 
Now why to be Democracy ?
 
I think that we have to be more smart and notice that
Democracy is also smart, the big benefits of democracy that it is also like a morality that is a diversity that prioritize by giving weights to
some important things and processes to be able to succeed, for example
if i ask a question of how to be less corruption ? i think
that Democracy is an enhanced system that fights corruption
more efficiently than dictatorship, i think this is
understandable because to be able to "escape" a local maximum
towards a global maximum(like in artificial intelligence) on efficiency of fighting corruption (and corruption also means lack of efficiency), we have to be able to vote for another political party that is more apt and more efficient at fighting corruption, this is why i think that democracy is better at fighting corruption, also i think that in democracy the governance must be a "competent" governance
this is how we will enhance democracy to be the best. And i say that corruption also means lack of efficiency.

Sparse linear system solvers are ubiquitous in high performance computing (HPC) and often are the most computational intensive parts in scientific computing codes. A few of the many applications relying on sparse linear solvers include fusion energy simulation, space weather simulation, climate modeling, and environmental modeling, and finite element method, and large-scale reservoir simulations to enhance oil recovery by the oil and gas industry.
 
Conjugate Gradient is known to converge to the exact solution in n steps for a matrix of size n, and was historically first seen as a direct method because of this. However, after a while people figured out that it works really well if you just stop the iteration much earlier - often you will get a very good approximation after much fewer than n steps. In fact, we can analyze how fast Conjugate gradient converges. The end result is that Conjugate gradient is used as an iterative method for large linear systems today.

About minimizing at best complexity by maximizing at best efficiency !
 
As you have noticed i just written previously the following:

You have just noticed that i said in one of my previous posts that i am "like" a genius, but you have to understand the "like", that doesn't mean that i am a genius, but perhaps that i am a genius ! but i will try to make you understand "more" what is it to be a genius: i think that you have to understand the following rule that says: You have to know how to minimize at best complexity by maximizing at best efficiency ! and this is the rule that i am following, and i think this rule is the most important goal that a genius wants to attain ! and when you understand it , you will become much more smart ! a genius wants first to do from simple things or simple few things great things ! so you have to understand it, so it brings us to the question of how to make from simple things, or simple few things, great things ? and this rule looks like minimizing at best complexity by maximizing at best efficiency !"

So can we ask the question of is the following rule made of too much abstraction:

So how is efficiency constrained ?
 
I said before the following:
 
"Because morality exists because we have to avoid the bad
And we have to avoid the bad by also trying to maximize at best the good
And trying to maximize at best the good is also called: perfection at best
So morality is pushed towards absolute perfection
So that to be able to solve all our problems
And be absolute happiness that is the goal
But morality of today must at least be a decent morality
To avoid desorder and violence inside the system"
 
So as you are noticing that even if morality is a system of values and principles of conduct, we can ask what is the characteristics of this system of values and principles of conduct? and we can notice that the most important thing is not the writing of this system of values and principles of conduct, but it is the characteristic of the writing of this system of values and principles of conduct that is to perfect at best, and since morality in the dictionary is also a Virtuous conduct, so i think my definition of morality that it is perfection at best is logical.
 
Here is the definition of morality in the dictionary, look at it and you will notice that it also means Virtuous conduct:

And what about compassion in political philosophy ?
 
"Independently" of Democracy, we can say that my Rule of: "More perfection brings satisfaction" comes with a difficulty or with an effort of being more perfection that brings satisfaction, and you have noticed that i said the following so that to abstract it:
 
"When you are preparing and cooking a beautiful Moroccan couscous and eating it, you will feel doubly satisfied by being satisfaction of being this more perfection of preparing and cooking the beautiful Moroccan couscous and you will also be satisfaction of eating it even if it comes with the "difficulty" of preparing and cooking and of learning how to prepare and to cook a beautiful Moroccan couscous. That's an efficient philosophy. And it is also my spirit."
 
So then compassion is also "mechanical" that comes from my Rule of: "More perfection brings satisfaction", since perfection is also
helping others, so then a more appropriate morality is to not neglect
helping others and to know how to help others.
 
So you are noticing that i am saying: "since perfection is also helping others"
 
But i have to logically explain the big picture, here is how:
 
Since we can for example say: Perfection is perfection of not helping the weakest members of our society and it is also perfection of helping the weakest members of the society, and we can notice that each side has a weight of importance, since we can not say that helping the weakest members of the society has no importance, because it is also a perfection that has a weight of importance, and logically we have not to neglect it, and as you have noticed that i also said that: "Independently" of Democracy, we can say that my Rule of: "More perfection brings satisfaction" comes with a difficulty or with an effort of being more perfection that brings satisfaction.

I have just looked at the following interesting video about the Joker in the movie of the Joker:

We have to be more smart and notice that the Joker in the movie of the Joker is a person that bases his morality on individual morality
that is subjective and that is not universal morality of human morality,
and as you have noticed in the above video that it says that the philosopher Albert Camus believed that life is "absurd", but i don't think that the philosopher Albert Camus is right by saying so, and i don't think the Joker is right, because universal morality is perfection that moves towards absolute perfection to be able to be absolute perfection or absolute happiness(read my proof below about what is
morality to understand), other than that you have also to know how to tune this perfection and this is part of what is universal morality, other than that to be encouraged to be this movement of perfection towards absolute perfection, you have to know about my rule that is: "More perfection brings satisfaction.." because as i said:

and the material satisfaction, because knowing how to cook
a Moroccan couscous is intellectual or cultural and eating a
Moroccan couscous is material.
 
And more political philosophy about money to understand more:
 
When you look at the beautiful, like a beautiful moon in the night,
you will notice that it is like a satisfaction of looking at the beautiful, but at the same time the moon is also a wild place and
dangerous place, so by logical analogy, if you only work for money , it it is like thinking at the other side of the moon that is dangerous for us and that is a wild place and logically inferring that the world is not beautiful and that this or that thing can look beautiful but our world is not beautiful and that this spirit makes you like hating our world, but saying so and being so is like working only for money and it is a "corruption" of the mind, so you have to change your "perception" and "conception" and to think differently by adhering to my Rule of: "More perfection brings satisfaction", it means that more perfection brings a satisfaction of being more perfection, and this Rule is an engine that pushes you forward towards more and more perfection, and this is also an efficient spirit and it is also my spirit.
 
So as i said above universal morality does exist and it pushes us forward (read about it in my thoughts of my political philosophy below), now can we ask the question of: if universal beauty does exist ? i think
it does exist, and here is what i said about it:

of: Is beauty universal ? it is by logical analogy as measuring
the truth quantitatively or qualitatively, so if you measure
the truth by quantity, we can not be "certain" of the truthfulness,
but if we measure it by enough "quality" that gives the truth,
so it will be truth, this is the key to answering the question,
so beauty must be measured by enough quality of "smartness", not
by quantity, so then it is this smartness that sees what is
beauty, and this way of doing is the way of a civilized society,
so this is why i think that we can find characteristics of beauty
that are "universal". So then i don't agree with the above
webpage that says: "The myth of universal beauty".

First you have to know how to take care of your "image" , and
taking care of your image is also an engine that pushes you
forward towards more perfection, but there is also my Rule of:
"More perfection brings satisfaction" that is also an engine
that pushes you forward towards more and more perfection,
since also i said that this satisfaction is double satisfaction
as i explained it to you by saying:

But be smart and notice that the result of my Rule that is this satisfaction is also a balance of the individual satisfaction and the satisfaction of the society and the world, so it constrains your image to be in accordance with morality that takes care correctly of the society and the world, so i think that it becomes more clear that those two engines are really powerful too and they permit to achieve your potential.
