"The fix is:

Comment out lines 308-310 of the unpacked version:

//if (wasVisible) // position cursor at end of input field //$.Autocompleter.Selection(input, input.value.length, input.value.length);And from Luca's post, comment out line 510:

//input.focus();These both need to be commented out to make it work properly."

It works!!!

it's annoying, isn't it? i tried to sort it out and failed. if you find a
solution, please post it here.
