[jQuery] Re: the best way to handle a group of div elements

and if I have the following html code

<div id="nam1" class='nc1 nc2 nc3 hidden'></div>
<div id="nam2" class='nc1 nc2 nc3 hidden'></div>
<div id="nam3" class='nc1 xxx hidden'></div>
<div id="nam4" class='nc1 xxx hidden'></div>

and I would like to handle only div elements with class values
starting with "nc1 nc2"
how can do it?

I tried this code..but it doesn't work

var div_elements = $('.nc1 nc2');
div_elements.removeClass('hidden');
