Amine Moulay Ramdane <aminer68@gmail.com>: Sep 27 01:48PM -0700 Hello.. More political philosophy about "The Social Dilemma".. I have just looked at the following video, i invite you to look at it: "The Social Dilemma": Ex-Facebook/ex-Google tech lead reacts https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JVBQgx4_x34 I think this techlead in the above video is too pessimistic, because he is saying that the social medias like Facebook and youtube want only to maximize profit, but i think he is not thinking correctly, because social medias want also to organize people and to make people do business in them, so there is like a "balance" there between making profit and organizing people and doing business in them, so i think we have not to be pessimistic, and this seeking like a balance looks like the seeking a balance between competition and collaboration in my following thoughts: About the jews and about capitalism and more .. I am a white arab and i think i am smart since i have invented many scalable algorithms.. Look at this very interesting video about the jews and capitalism https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jXceS6pfupc You will notice that those jews in this video are primitive, since you will notice in the above video that those jews are not understanding local optimization of artificial intelligence(called exploitation) and global optimization of artificial intelligence(called exploration), i mean that they are for example neglecting the factor of nationalism(and nationalism of jews) , since i think that nationalism is too much competition that has the tendency to wanting to too much monopolize and it has the tendency to hurt competition and quality, so this is why the jews on the above video are using a primitive thinking that doesn't work correctly, this is why there must be laws against monopoly that hurts competition and that hurts quality. And read my following thoughts that are related to my above thoughts: More political philosophy about globalization and nationalism.. I am a white arab and i think i am more smart, so today i will talk about a very important subject about Globalization and nationalism, so i will invite you to look at the following video of Marine Le Pen of the far-right political party in France: Marine Le Pen explains why nationalism is important https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fNpI9wKnE8Q As you notice that Marine Le Pen is saying in french that the fight today is between nationalism and globalization, since Marine Le Pen says that globalization is a treat to national identity and is a treat to national sovereignty, but i think that Marine Le Pen is not understanding correctly globalization, since i think that nationalism is too much competition and communism and socialism is too much collaboration , so i think the best way is to seek like a balance between collaboration and competition and when we look at globalization you will notice that we are collaborating with others by for example sharing Open Source softwares or Free softwares or PhD papers or knowledge on internet etc, and we are also competition by not collaborating with others, and with this new kind of model we are noticing that we are not just one identity like being french, but we are becoming multiple identities because this kind of new model is making a part of us that collaborate "universal", and this is why i think that Marine Le Pen is not understanding correctly this new kind of model of like seeking a balance between competition and collaboration , and i think that this new model is better because it is more efficient , because i think this partly collaboration of this new model is good and more efficient for creativity, innovation, adaptability and speed of progress, i also think in capitalism the price of internet has gotten cheap and the price of computers has gotten cheap, so we are able today to access internet with a low price and benefit from "collaboration" and also sharing in internet, for example look at me, i have invented many scalable algorithms and i have decided to share some of them with the others, and it is of course collaboration , so look for example at my following inventions of scalable algorithms that i have shared with others, here they are: https://sites.google.com/site/scalable68/scalable-mlock https://sites.google.com/site/scalable68/scalable-reference-counting-with-efficient-support-for-weak-references https://sites.google.com/site/scalable68/scalable-rwlock https://sites.google.com/site/scalable68/scalable-rwlock-that-works-accross-processes-and-threads https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/comp.programming.threads/VaOo1WVACgs https://sites.google.com/site/scalable68/an-efficient-threadpool-engine-with-priorities-that-scales-very-well Also i have decided to not share others of my scalable algorithms and it is competition, so i am seeking like a balance between collaboration and competition. And read more all my following thoughts to understand better: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/alt.culture.morocco/BMjK8Sq5nIw And Read my following thoughts about productivity: https://community.idera.com/developer-tools/general-development/f/getit-and-third-party/73133/about-productivity And look at the following video, since i think that a good education system is the most important thing: Top 10 Countries with Best Education Systems in the World Read more here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6xhfnjEf8C0 More political philosophy about the mechanisms of Democracy.. I think that we have to be smart, since i have just written the following about China and Russia of year 2010 and 2012: ---- More about China and Russia and other such countries education system.. I am a white arab and i think i am smart since i have invented many scalable algorithms, read the following: "Corruption is pervasive in every part of Chinese society, and education is no exception," Mr. Li said. A Chinese Education, for a Price Read more here: https://www.nytimes.com/2012/11/22/world/asia/in-china-schools-a-culture-of-bribery-spreads.html I think we can not be confident with the Chinese education system, and i don't think it is meritocratic ! It is the same problem in Russia, read the following to notice it: Mark Levin, a professor at the Higher School of Economics in Moscow who has studied the issue, said corruption in universities took place not only during the entrance examinations but also those at the end of semesters. Levin said some students preferred to pay money to pass examinations and obtain a diploma. RUSSIA: Rising corruption threatens universities Read more here: https://www.universityworldnews.com/post.php?story=20100514205552600#:~:text=According%20to%20necessarily%20rough%20estimates,in%202009%20totalled%20%241%20billion.&text=But%2C%20despite%20the%20country's%20increased,much%20the%20salaries%20actually%20are. ---- And also i have just posted about the today China after the anti-corruption compaign in China, read the following: --- I invite you to read the following interesting article: China's Anti-Corruption Campaign and the Challenges of Political Meritocracy https://americanaffairsjournal.org/2020/05/chinas-anti-corruption-campaign-and-the-challenges-of-political-meritocracy/ --- So as you are noticing from my above writing that corruption can corrupt the education system and when education system is corrupt then the Meritocratic system is corrupt and this is dangerous. So even after the anti-corruption compaign in China , i think that Dictatorship of China is not so efficient at fighting corruption, because Democracy is much better at fighting corruption by competitive elections and free press, read my following thoughts to understand more: From where people get a correct judgment in Democracy ? So you are noticing that to be able to be good judgment in Democracy, you have to be correct "Elitism" that guides people, and you have to be Meritocracy to be able to be the necessary quality or perfection, but then you are noticing that to be able to be Meritocracy there must be a reward for the merit, by for example rewarding by giving more money. Now why to be Democracy ? I think that we have to be more smart and notice that Democracy is also smart, the big benefits of democracy that it is also like a morality that is a diversity that prioritize by giving weights to some important things and processes to be able to succeed, for example if i ask a question of how to be less corruption ? i think that Democracy is an enhanced system that fights corruption more efficiently than dictatorship, i think this is understandable because to be able to "escape" a local maximum towards a global maximum(like in artificial intelligence) on efficiency of fighting corruption (and corruption also means lack of efficiency), we have to be able to vote for another political party that is more apt and more efficient at fighting corruption, this is why i think that democracy is better at fighting corruption, also i think that in democracy the governance must be a "competent" governance this is how we will enhance democracy to be the best. --- And read my following thoughts in the following links to understand better my thoughts: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/alt.culture.morocco/gjConWuxl24 And read also my following thoughts: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/alt.culture.morocco/R0NfDCtni00 And to know more about economy and capitalism, please read my following thoughts: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/alt.culture.morocco/wlJu5j1xhPk And read more of my thoughts of my political philosophy here: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/alt.culture.morocco/8j-rboLzi38 More political philosophy about technopopulism.. I have just read the following from Christopher Bickerton a University Lecturer in Politics from University of Cambridge: "Democratic politics has undergone a profound transformation in recent decades. The structuring logic of political competition is no longer the ideological struggle between left and right. Political actors today compete in their appeals to 'the people' and to competence and expertise as supreme political virtues. The substance of contemporary democratic politics is these populist and technocratic claims, giving rise to a political field which we call technopopulism." Read more here: https://ces.fas.harvard.edu/events/2020/02/techno-populism-italy-spain Notice that he is saying the following: "The structuring logic of political competition is no longer the ideological struggle between left and right." I think he is not right since populism of today is about national "identity" and about the treat of globalization to national sovereignty, and it is pushed by the political right, read my following thoughts to notice it: More about our identity and about globalization and nationalism.. I have just read the following very interesting webpage: What's Wrong with Liberalism? https://www.historytoday.com/archive/feature/what%E2%80%99s-wrong-liberalism And he says the following: "Populism marks a new phase in identity politics for the simple reason that people fear not only poverty, but also identity deprivation." and: "Our gains have been gains in efficiency, transparency and utility; the gains that Bentham hoped to see by the construction of his Panopticon, in which a single guard would be able to look straight into every prison cell. Our losses have been losses in purpose and meaning." But i think that he is too pessimistic, but i am positive, because we have to know about the purpose and meaning of life, and we have to know more about our identity, since i think that we have to seek like a "balance" between competition and collaboration, and about the meaning and purpose of life, i am talking about it in my thoughts of my political philosophy about morality, read it carefully here: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/alt.culture.morocco/7UmkfURwoU4 Also here is what i just said about our identity and about globalization and nationalism: More political philosophy about globalization and nationalism.. I am a white arab and i think i am more smart, so today i will talk about a very important subject about Globalization and nationalism, so i will invite you to look at the following video of Marine Le Pen of the far-right political party in France: Marine Le Pen explains why nationalism is important https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fNpI9wKnE8Q As you notice that Marine Le Pen is saying in french that the fight today is between nationalism and globalization, since Marine Le Pen says that globalization is a treat to national identity and is a treat to national sovereignty, but i think that Marine Le Pen is not understanding correctly globalization, since i think that nationalism is too much competition and communism and socialism is too much collaboration , so i think the best way is to seek like a balance between collaboration and competition and when we look at globalization you will notice that we are collaborating with others by for example sharing Open Source softwares or Free softwares or PhD papers or knowledge on internet etc, and we are also competition by not collaborating with others, and with this new kind of model we are noticing that we are not just one identity like being french, but we are becoming multiple identities because this kind of new model is making a part of us that collaborate "universal", and this is why i think that Marine Le Pen is not understanding correctly this new kind of model of like seeking a balance between competition and collaboration , and i think that this new model is better because it is more efficient , because think this partly collaboration of this new model is good and more efficient for creativity, innovation, adaptability and speed of progress, i also think in capitalism the price of internet has gotten cheap and the price of computers has gotten cheap, so we are able today to access internet with a low price and benefit from "collaboration" and also sharing in internet, for example look at me, i have invented many scalable algorithms and i have decided to share some of them with the others, and it is of course collaboration , so look for example at my following inventions of scalable algorithms that i have shared with others, here they are: https://sites.google.com/site/scalable68/scalable-mlock https://sites.google.com/site/scalable68/scalable-reference-counting-with-efficient-support-for-weak-references https://sites.google.com/site/scalable68/scalable-rwlock https://sites.google.com/site/scalable68/scalable-rwlock-that-works-accross-processes-and-threads https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/comp.programming.threads/VaOo1WVACgs https://sites.google.com/site/scalable68/an-efficient-threadpool-engine-with-priorities-that-scales-very-well Also i have decided to not share others of my scalable algorithms and it is competition, so i am seeking like a balance between collaboration and competition. Amine Moulay Ramdane <aminer68@gmail.com>: Sep 27 12:29PM -0700 Hello, Benchmarks: Intel Xeon Scalable Processor vs. Nvidia V100 GPU Read more here: https://www.xcelerit.com/computing-benchmarks/insights/benchmarks-intel-xeon-scalable-processor-vs-nvidia-v100-gpu/ So as you are noticing the Black-Scholes option pricer is compute-bound with few memory accesses, so Nvidia V100 GPU gives a 4.1x speedup over the Skylake, so then if you grow more the number of memory accesses so it can lower to 3x speedup etc. so then i think that the Skylake System is also powerful. Here is the price of Nvidia V100 GPU: https://www.microway.com/hpc-tech-tips/nvidia-tesla-v100-price-analysis/ Thank you, Amine Moulay Ramdane. |
