1 lb Uncooked elbow pasta
4 cups Water
1 tsp Sea salt
¾ cup Heavy cream
1 cup Grated parmesan
2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese

Place the pasta, water, and salt into the base of your Instant Pot. Give it a stir.

Lock the lid and cook noodles for 3 minutes using the pressure cook or manual function.

Quick release the steam so your noodles don't overcook.

Once there is no more pressure left, open the lid* and mix in the cheeses and heavy cream. Stir until combined and serve.

*Note: There should only be a very small amount of water left in the pot, if there is a large amount, drain most of it off before adding the cream and cheese.

Why you shouldn't eat your boogers

Narrator: Odds are you are surrounded by nose-pickers. It's true.

In one study, 91% of adults admitted to picking their nose regularly. So chances are you've probably mined for some juicy nose nuggets yourself.

But maybe you didn't stop there. Maybe you ate those boogers too!

And it turns out, that slimy snack could hurt more than just your social standing.

Let's take a closer look at that booger. It's mostly made of water, gel-like proteins that give it that gooey consistency and special immune proteins that fight off germs. Those immune proteins are especially useful because boogers are teeming with harmful viruses, like influenza.

That's the whole point, actually. Boogers serve as your body's front-line defense against invading germs. When you breathe in, you're not just inhaling air. You're also taking in bacteria, viruses, and dirt. Which get trapped by a layer of sticky snot that lines your nostrils. It's like fly paper for the flu. And as you continue to breathe, air hardens the mucus into a solid booger, a gooey prison cell for your ensnared enemies. Now, normally, you can get rid of that bacteria-ridden ball either when you sneeze or blow your nose.

But if you decide to eat it instead, it stands to reason that you're putting yourself at risk of infection. Because as your body digests the booger, it can release those harmful pathogens into your system.

Now, some people claim that eating your boogers can strengthen your immune system. By training your body to recognize and attack invading microbes. But, sorry to say, there's zero scientific evidence to support any health benefits from eating your boogers.

And besides, whether or not you eat your boogers just getting ahold of them can be dangerous. For example, scratching up the inside of your nose opens the door for a nasty bacteria that lurks under your fingernails, Staphylococcus aureus.

A 2006 study found that nose-pickers were more likely to have Staph in their nose than those who abstain. And that's a big problem since Staph can cause serious abscesses or pus-filled pockets inside your nose and on your face. Even worse, if you keep picking you could actually puncture your septum.

In one case, a 53-year-old woman managed to carve a hole right through her sinus. And if that sinus becomes infected badly enough, it can erode your skull, leaving a door open for bacteria to march right into your brain.

To be fair, these are extreme scenarios. One time probably won't hurt you. The next time you feel the urge to mine for green gold, just grab a tissue.

Does Semen Really Contain Calories? And 28 Other Things to Know

1. How many calories are in the average semen ejaculation?

Most internet sources say that semen contains between 5 and 25 calories per teaspoon, but there isn't a lot of research to back this figure up.
Each ejaculation produces about one teaspoon, or 5 millimeters (mL), of semen on average. But this can range between 1.5 and 7.6 mL, depending on factors like your overall health and if you've recently ejaculated.

2. Is there really as much protein as in an egg white?

A 2013 review of studies looked at the nutritional composition of semen. It found that the average protein concentration of semen is 5,040 milligrams (mg) per 100 ml.
Since one ejaculation usually produces 5 ml of semen, we can say that the average amount of ejaculation contains around 252 mg of protein.
However, the review noted that it was difficult to accurately measure the protein concentration of semen, so this number might be inaccurate.
Similarly, the protein concentration of an egg white depends on a range of factors — what size is the egg? what kind of bird laid it? — so it's hard to come up with an exact figure.
So, comparing sperm and egg white is like comparing apples and, well, eggs.

3. Is there really as much vitamin C as in an orange?

There's a rumor that semen contains as much vitamin C as there is in an orange. Although semen does contain vitamin C, there isn't any research to back this claim up.

4. Is zinc really the most prevalent nutrient?

According to the 2013 review mentioned above, semen contains a lot of zinc.
In fact, one teaspoon could contain about 3 percent of your daily allowance — which is quite a lot for such a small amount of semen!
However, you're better off getting zinc through food or a multivitamin.

5. Are there any other nutrients in semen?

Semen also contains:

fructose
sodium
cholesterol
fat
traces of vitamin B-12

However, since such a small amount of semen is ejaculated at once, it won't really have an effect on your nutritional intake for the day.

6. Is it true that vaginal contact with ejaculate has an effect on depression?

You might have heard that, during vaginal sex, semen can enter the bloodstream and affect your mood.
A widely reported 2002 study looked at the relationship between ejaculate and depression.
It found that people who had vaginal sex without condoms were less likely to have depressive symptoms than those who had protected or no sex.
It also found that, among people who used condoms, depressive symptoms and suicide attempts were proportional to the consistency of condom use.
In other words, the less they used condoms, the less depressed they were.
However, this study had a few limitations. There were only 293 participants, and it relied on anonymous surveys for data. Self-reported results aren't always the most reliable.
Although there might be truth to the idea that ejaculate can affect one's mood, it's also important to remember that condom use can prevent sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and unplanned pregnancy.
Make sure you weigh the pros and cons before ditching the condom.

7. What about the purported effect on preeclampsia?

As strange as it may sound, coming into contact with semen while pregnant may reduce your chances of developing preeclampsia.
Preeclampsia is a serious condition characterized by high blood pressure during pregnancy or after delivery. It can lead to liver and kidney failure, and is potentially fatal.
A 2014 study looked at the link between preeclampsia and exposure to paternal seminal fluid.
It found that, if the pregnant person came into contact with the paternal semen during pregnancy, they were less likely to have preeclampsia.
This included having intercourse without condoms or swallowing semen during oral sex.

8. Are there any benefits to putting ejaculate on your skin?

You might have heard that semen can improve the condition of your skin. However, there isn't any scientific evidence that backs this claim up.
If you want to apply semen to your skin, go ahead — but remember that it's possible to have a semen allergy, so it could actually cause an allergic reaction.

9. Does semen really have an anti-aging effect?

Sperm contains the antioxidant spermidine.
Although one 2014 study shows that spermidine could have anti-aging properties, more research is needed to truly understand how or if this may work.

10. What's the difference between semen and sperm?

Sperm and semen are often used interchangeably, but they're not exactly the same thing!
In short, sperm refers to the cells while semen refers to the liquid. Sperm are the cells responsible for fertilizing eggs.
Semen is made up of sperm cells, as well as a number of bodily secretions.

These secretions include:

prostatic fluid, which neutralizes the acidity of the vagina
seminal fluid, which contains proteins, fatty acids, and fructose to nourish the sperm
bulbourethral fluid, which lubricates the penis

These fluids help the sperm reach the egg while staying healthy.

11. Where are semen and sperm produced in the body?

Semen production takes place in the seminiferous tubules, which are tiny tubes in the testicles.
Seminal fluid is produced in the seminal vesicles, which are inside the prostate gland.

12. How are semen and sperm made?

The seminiferous tubules contain germ cells that eventually turn into sperm cells.
The sperm swim into the epididymis, which is a tube behind the testes. The sperm continue to travel through the epididymis for about five weeks.
As they travel through the epididymis, they mature and develop further. Then, they move into the vas deferens.
When you're aroused, the sperm mixes with the seminal fluid and other secretions to form semen.
When you ejaculate, semen is pushed out of the penis.

13. How often are sperm produced?

It takes about two and a half months for a germ cell to become a mature sperm cell. However, you can produce about 1,500 sperm cells each second, and possibly millions a day!

14. Is there anything you can do to produce more sperm?

There are a few things you can do to improve your sperm count.

Making healthy lifestyle changes that enhance your overall health can also help improve your sperm count and quality.

This includes:

exercising regularly
getting enough sleep
avoiding tobacco products and alcohol
eating a balanced diet

If you're concerned about your fertility, see a doctor or other healthcare provider. They can answer any questions you have and make specific recommendations.

15. How big is the average ejaculation?

Usually, you'd ejaculate about one teaspoon of semen at a time.
The World Health Organization (WHO) says that the average range of semen per ejaculation is between 1.5 and 7.6 mL.
However, this amount can vary based on a few factors, including your overall health and whether you've recently ejaculated.

16. How many sperm cells does semen contain?

According to WHO, you may produce between 39 million and 928 million sperm cells per ejaculation.
On average, there may be anywhere from 15 million to 259 million sperm cells per milliliter of ejaculate.

17. What do sperm look like?

Sperm cells look like tadpoles with long tails and big heads.
However, it's possible to have sperm cells that are shaped differently. This is often referred to as "abnormal sperm morphology."
These sperm cells could have no tail, two tails per cell, or a large or deformed head, for example.
According to Mayo Clinic, it isn't uncommon to have thousands of abnormally shaped sperm cells.
Furthermore, having an abnormal sperm morphology doesn't necessarily mean you'll have difficulty conceiving.

18. How do sperm swim?

The "tail" helps its motility. In other words, the tails help the sperm swim through the tubules, vas deferens, and urethra, and then to the egg.

19. Do XY-carrying sperm really swim faster?

You might have heard that sperm carrying XY chromosomes swim faster, but scientific research has shown that this isn't true.

20. Is it true that your diet affects sperm speed?

According to one 2018 studyTrusted Source, your diet can affect your sperm's speed.
This study found that antioxidant supplements and omega-3 fatty acids, in particular, can help improve sperm motility.
Generally, eating a balanced diet is great for your fertility and overall health.

21. Does your diet affect the taste of your ejaculate?

Indeed, your diet can affect the taste of your semen.
There isn't a lot of science-backed research that proves which foods improve the taste of your semen, given the fact that it would be hard to measure.
The following are anecdotally associated with bad-tasting semen:

garlic
onions
red meat
dairy
alcohol

Fruits, cinnamon, and nutmeg may improve the taste of your semen.

22. Does your diet affect the smell of your ejaculate?

The smell of ejaculate varies. It often smells a little like chlorine, bleach, or ammonia. It might even smell metallic.
Eating asparagus, garlic, or meat may make your ejaculate smell a little pungent, as can drinking alcohol.
If your semen smells foul, like rotten eggs or fish, it could be a sign of an infection like gonorrhea or trichomoniasis.
It could also be caused by prostatitis, which is the inflammation of the prostate gland.
If you're experiencing an unusual smell, make an appointment with a doctor. They can help determine the cause and advise you on any next steps.

23. How long do sperm live outside the body?

Sperm can live in the uterus for up to five days, which is why it's possible to become pregnant if you have sex on your period.
Sperm can live for up to 72 hours in an incubator, and, if frozen, may last for years.
But that doesn't mean you can become pregnant from random pools of sperm.
For sperm to stay alive and fertilize an egg, it needs to live in specific conditions.
It needs to be moist so that it can "swim" or move, so if the semen is dry, it's likely that the sperm is dead.
The presence of chemicals and other environmental factors can also affect viability.
Given that, it's impossible to become pregnant from sperm that has been ejaculated into a body of water or onto a surface like a chair.

24. What causes sperm to die off?

Sperm might die off if it isn't ejaculated. :(
In this case, it will be reabsorbed back into the body, and the body can produce more sperm cells.
Sperm also dies soon after leaving the body, especially if exposed to air.
You might produce no sperm at all if you:

have had damage to your testicles
have low hormone reserves
are undergoing chemotherapy or radiation
have certain medical conditions

25. What's the deal with temperature?

Sperm is sensitive to temperature. Sperm can die or lose motility if it's too hot or too cold.
The scrotum, being outside the body, is at an ideal temperature for the production of sperm.

26. Can you be allergic to your own semen?

Yes, you can be allergic to your own semen. This condition is called post orgasmic illness syndrome (POIS)Trusted Source.
People with POIS often experience flu-like or allergic-like reactions after ejaculating.
POIS was first defined in 2002, but there's still a lot that we don't know about the condition.
While it's rare, it can be debilitating. Consult a doctor if you think you may be allergic to your own semen.

27. What happens to sperm that isn't ejaculated?

Sperm that isn't ejaculated eventually breaks down. The nutrients are "recycled" back into the body. But don't worry — more sperm cells can be made to make up for this shortage. :)

28. How does getting a vasectomy affect ejaculation?

If you have a vasectomy, you'll still be able to ejaculate and produce semen.
However, a vasectomy involves cutting or tying the vas deferens. This prevents sperm from mixing with seminal fluids.
In other words, your ejaculate will no longer have sperm in it.

29. What's the bottom line on the overall health benefits of semen?

Although semen does contain nutrients, many of its purported effects on health and beauty are unfounded.
Generally speaking, the available research doesn't support claims that semen exposure — via oral ingestion, topical application, or through vaginal intercourse — will have a noticeable effect on your overall well-being.

2022 Bronx apartment fire
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

On the morning of January 9, 2022, a high-rise fire killed 17 people,[1] including 8 children,[2] at the Twin Parks North West, Site 4, high-rise apartment building in the Bronx, New York City, U.S.[3] Forty-four persons were injured, and 32 with life-threatening injuries were sent to five different borough hospitals.[4] 15 were in critical condition as of January 10,[5] 13 of whom were said to be "clinging to their lives."[6]

It was the third-worst residential fire in the United States in four decades,[7] and the deadliest fire in New York City since the Happy Land nightclub fire in 1990, which occurred nearby and claimed 87 lives.[8][9] The Bronx fire was also the second major residential fire in the Northeastern United States within a one-week period, occurring four days after a fire in Philadelphia public housing resulted in 12 deaths.[10][11]

Investigators determined that the fire was caused by a defective space heater bursting into flames. Smoke billowed through the building because of two malfunctioning self-closing doors, causing deaths throughout the building. The fire was largely confined to one apartment; all victims died from smoke inhalation.[12]

How to masturbate - a guide to female masturbation

This article contains adult themes

Female masturbation is often seen as a taboo subject. You've probably tucked yourself into a corner to read this article, peering over your shoulder for fear of odd looks from passers-by. To be honest, I even found myself hiding my notes for this piece when colleagues casually approached my desk to ask if I'd like a cup of tea.

Women discussing wanking is not the done thing, but that shouldn't be the case. Despite research showing that women masturbate as frequently as men, it's still not a topic that all females openly discuss. The Swedes have even created a new term for female masturbation in an attempt to stop women from being put off talking about the topic by the usual male-associated words.

To help us shake off the persistent social stigma, we've created a guide to female self-pleasuring. We spoke to women about their own experiences of masturbation and got some expert tips on how to make things work for you, including from Strawberry Siren, former Miss Burlesque Australia and the creator of the Pussy Play Masterclass, a workshop on the art of playing with yourself.

The only thing to do now is read on, and plan an early night.

Get to know your nether regions

Understanding the different bits of your body is the first step towards successful stimulation. Don't be put off by the fact that you may not know the names of your parts, as the first and most important step is getting to know how to 'use' them, say the experts.

Lisa Lister, author and creator of wellness website The Sassy She says that getting to know your body, and not getting hung up on terminology, is the best approach.

"It would be great if we were taught the technicalities in school, but unfortunately we're not. Though it's good to know the terminology, it's not essential. My advice would be to explore, get to know what things feel like, and if it feels good, keep going!"

To help us on our quest to become more familiar with our anatomy, Lisa has provided us with simple, straightforward definitions for some of our bodily bits from her book Love Your Lady Landscape.

Vulva: "This is the outer part of your lady landscape. It includes the clitoris, labia lips, urethra and entrance to the vagina, and its opening is almond shaped."

Clitoris: "When people people talk about the clitoris, they're usually just talking about the glans – the very sensitive outside part, but the bean-like bump you can see on the vulva is just the tip of the iceberg. It's the only organ of the body with the sole function of providing pleasure."

Vagina: "This is a pulsing muscle that opens and closes between the cervix (at the base of the uterus) and the external opening."

Lisa also thinks getting to know your menstrual cycle is an important way of ensuring you get the most from the experience.

"Some people find that they'll want to be playful and explore more around ovulation. You may not feel the urge to masturbate during your pre-menstrual cycle, but the orgasms will actually be way better, even if they do take a bit longer."

Strawberry's Tip

Put it into practice: Use the Pussy Play Masterclass 'Rise and Sine' approach to get to know a variety of these areas at once.

"Using the tips of your fingers, lightly tap the pubic bone above the clitoris to wake the vulva up. You may also want to press down and rub in a circular motion."

Use your hands

Confused by the variety of animal-themed vibrators and neon dildos available online? Well, our girls think it's best to go organic.

Lisa thinks that, though sex toys can be a good way to introduce newcomers to the self-pleasure game, it's best to avoid becoming dependent on them.

"The real fun and pleasure comes through when you use your fingers," says Lisa.

"Personally, I think that using a toy can desensitise the whole experience. You want to be able to touch yourself, so that you can be playful and get to know the speed and feel you want."

Strawberry's Tip

Put it into practice: Put your fingers to the test with the 'Scissors Sisters' technique.

"Making a peace sign with your hands, place each finger on either side of the outer labia. Then, while pressing down lightly, wiggle the fingers towards each other, squeezing and lifting the labia together between the two fingers."

Get to know your clit

"Your clitoris is awesome," says Lisa. As mentioned above, the clitoris is more than just the outer, bean-shaped part. "It's the most nerve-rich part of the vulva, containing over 8,000 nerve endings, which is twice as many as the penis. This makes it the powerhouse of pleasure."

Lisa explains that there's more to the clitoris than initially meets the eye. "This tiny erogenous zone spreads the feel-good-love to 15,000 other nerves in the pelvis, which explains why it feels like your whole body is being taken over when you orgasm."

Strawberry's tip

Put it into practice: Make your wildest fantasies come true and try out the 'Princess and the Pea' technique.

"Making sure the tip of your finger is nice and moist, slowly pull the hood over the clitoris back and gently stroke the head of the clitoris. You may also want to use a small circular motion, depending on your preferences."

Don't just think about orgasm

There's more to masturbation than the big O.

It's important to enjoy the whole experience, rather than racing to the finish line. Lube can be particularly good for assisting in the arousal process.

Lisa believes that engaging in foreplay can be beneficial for your relationships too.

"Be as indulgent as possible. Give yourself the full experience by making time to be exploratory and playful. By doing so, you'll build a better relationship with your own body and as a result, be able to have more confidence in a relationship to say exactly what you want and when."

Strawberry's tip

Put it into practice: Warm yourself up by trying out the 'Escargot' technique

"Starting at the base of the vagina, lightly drag your fingertip at a snail's pace towards the clitoris. Make sure you don't put your finger in too deep at this point, as you want to avoid touching the urethra."

Is My Penis Too Small?
Micropenis, Inconspicuous Penis Less Common Than Small Penis Syndrome

By Daniel J. DeNoon
FROM THE WEBMD ARCHIVES

Jan. 19, 2012 -- Is my penis too small? That's a question that men aren't likely to ask their friends or sex partners.

But behind the closed doors of a doctor's examining room, it's a common question.

Pediatric urologist Lane S. Palmer, MD, chief of pediatric urology at Cohen Children's Medical Center, New Hyde Park, N.Y., hears it a lot.

"Fathers often will ask it about their sons -- and, while in the office, will ask about themselves," Palmer tells WebMD.

Men worried about their penis size usually have some other excuse for seeing a doctor, says Bruce R. Gilbert, MD, PhD, director of reproductive and sexual medicine at the Smith Institute for Urology in Lake Success, N.Y.

"When they come in for something else, they ask, 'Oh, by the way, I am concerned about the length of my penis,'" Gilbert tells WebMD. "Most are men in the 20-to-40 age group. But some are aged 40 to 50, and some even older men ask."

The vast majority of these men are in for a surprise. Worry about small penis size is common. Abnormally small penis size is not.

Penis Size: What's Normal, What's Not
You might think that as long men's penises work, they would have no problem with it. You would be wrong.

Penis size is a key element of a man's self-image. Yet when they are not boasting to other men, the average men significantly underestimate the relative size of their penis.

Here's an example: Over a two-year period, 67 men asked an Italian hospital for surgical correction of a small penis. All turned out to have normal-size penises.

"A few days ago, I had a patient who spent an hour taking measurements of his penis and thinking it is too small," Gilbert says. "Yet it was normal."

That man isn't alone. About 45% of his brethren want a bigger penis. Never mind that 85% of heterosexual women say they are satisfied with their partners' penis parameters.

Many men worry about the size of their erections. Many more worry about how their penis looks when it's limp, studies find.

So how can a man know if he's normal, super-sized, or small? Not by his shoe size, a common and disproved myth about estimating penis length. Like so much else in life, direct measurement is the key.

How to Measure a Penis
Men may be surprised to learn that penis length isn't measured on the erect penis. Too many variables are involved.

Instead, the most reliable penis measurement is called SPL -- stretched penis length. The longer men's SPL, the longer their erect penis length, according to studies done on brave young men who volunteered to have erection-stimulating penis injections.

To learn your SPL, measure the penis while it's flaccid. Press the ruler tight against the pubic bone at the base of the penis. Don't just measure from where the penis separates from the scrotum, or you'll lose precious centimeters. Now gently, but very firmly, stretch the penis as far as it will go. Measure from the pubic bone to the tip of the stretched penis.

Did you get five and a quarter inches? If so, you are exactly normal. Most adult men are within about a half inch of 5.24 inches, according to statistics Palmer has compiled. Nearly all studies of penis length come up with a similar measure.

If you're a little smaller than that, you've got lots of company. Just as many men are below average penis size as above it.

How big is big? According to Palmer's statistics, only 0.6% of men have an SPL of 6.8 inches or more. But too big isn't what men tend to worry about.

Micropenis: When a Penis Really Is Too Small
There is, of course, such a thing as a very small penis. The medical term "micropenis" applies to the 0.6% of men with the smallest penises. According to Palmer's statistics, an SPL of three and two-thirds inches or less indicates a micropenis.

Even then, U.S. doctors hesitate to recommend surgery for a man whose SPL is longer than three inches. That's because surgery is controversial and risky.

Micropenis isn't usually something men discover when they are adults. It's usually caused by genetic or hormonal abnormalities that cause other, more serious health problems early in life.

That's because the penis starts to develop when a fetus is just 8 weeks old. By week 12, the penis has developed and begins to grow. During the second and third trimesters, male sex hormones cause the penis to grow to normal length. Factors that interfere with hormone production and hormone action stunt penis growth.

When discovered in infancy, micropenis can be treated with testosterone, which can stimulate penis growth in childhood, even after puberty. While the safety and long-term efficacy of this treatment remains to be proved, available data suggest the treatment does not affect normal development during puberty.

For adults with micropenis, the options are few.

"For true micropenis, there is not much you can do that is adequate for the adult patient, except for putting in a penile prosthesis," Gilbert says.

Fortunately, micropenis is a rare condition. Far more common is what Palmer and colleagues call "the constellation of conditions that make the penis look diminutive and small" -- inconspicuous penis.

Inconspicuous Penis: When Size Isn't the Only Issue
"Inconspicuous penis means a penis that is hard to see," Palmer says.

Micropenis -- a truly tiny penile shaft -- is the rarest of the conditions under the umbrella term "inconspicuous penis."

Other forms of inconspicuous penis that may have remained untreated until adulthood are webbed penis and buried penis.

"The webbed penis indicates the scrotum has connected to the underside of the penis so it pulls the penis inward," Palmer says. "Usually the penis is at right angles to the scrotum. But in webbed penis, the scrotum is high riding and the separation from the penis is not clear."

Buried penis occurs when the penis is hidden below the skin. This can happen because of excessive belly fat in the front of the abdominal wall droops down to conceal the penis. It can also happen when the connection to the scrotum is absent and the penis withdraws inward toward the pelvis. Another form of buried penis occurs when a too-large foreskin makes the penis look buried.

Webbed penis can be addressed via surgery. Buried penis may require only weight loss, and perhaps liposuction. There are also surgical procedures that can correct the problem.

Small Penis Syndrome
It's been dubbed small penis syndrome: the belief that you aren't a real man because you don't have a big penis.

Perhaps one reason men often believe this is that most men have no idea what a normal-size penis looks like. When asked to guess, most guess wrong. About 15% of men just throw up their hands and admit they don't know, one study found.

Another reason is pornography. Palmer tells the story of a teen patient who was in agony over his small penis size. But examination showed he was perfectly normal. It turned out that the boy had been viewing Internet pornography, from which he got a distorted picture of normal male anatomy.

And because penis size is such a major part of a man's body image, men suffering from body dysmorphic disorder often focus on the size of their penises.

Body dysmorphic disorder and other psychiatric issues that may underlie small penis syndrome may require professional psychological help. But Palmer and Gilbert say that most men need only reassurance that they really are normal.

"I give the patient a physical and get his personal history and social history," Gilbert says. "If he has no medical problem, I speak positively. I tell him that he has a normal phallus that is no different in function from any other healthy man. I give him confidence."

Palmer notes that the law of averages dictates that some men will have smaller penises than others. This does not make them abnormal.

"If a man has perfectly normal penis function, he must reconcile with the fact that his penis is what it is," he says. "You cannot make a short person tall. People have to accommodate to their own anatomy."

Can Surgery Make a Small Penis Larger?
It's hard for men to open their email without encountering an offer of a drug, device, or surgical procedure that will give them a bigger penis.

Sure, that stuff is just spam. But are there legitimate ways to lengthen a penis?

"There isn't much to make the penis larger," Palmer says. "Surgically, there is not much to significantly increase penis size or girth that is not fraught with significant complications."

Procedures known as "augmentative phalloplasty" promise to make a penis wider in girth. And because these procedures add weight to the penis -- by grafting fat from another part of the body -- they make the penis a half-inch or so longer when flaccid.

"Getting a uniformly even expansion of girth is unpredictable and often does not lead to a good outcome," Palmer says. "You have to hope you do not get a lumpy penis. This is not an easy thing to do."

Most men do not know that only about two-thirds of their penis protrudes from their bodies. The other third, held in place with ligaments, provides the leverage for sexual function.

One surgical technique cuts these tendons and allows the penis to protrude another inch or two. Gilbert takes a dim view of the technique, because the penis loses its leverage.

"When surgeons take the inside part of the penis and move it out, the most common outcome is their erection no longer goes up but down," he says. "If a man is unhappy with his penis length, he is going to be unhappy with a penis he has to pick up and insert. I've had men ask me, 'Can you put it back the way it was?'"

Gilbert says that because of the high complication rate, malpractice insurance rarely covers penis-lengthening procedures.

All of these procedures are considered "experimental surgery." Severe complications include -- but are not limited to -- penis shortening, a lumpy or uneven appearance, scarring, sexual dysfunction, and curvature of the penis. These complications often cannot be corrected.

Can Devices Make a Small Penis Larger?
Traction devices that stretch the penis may actually add an inch or so to penis length, based on small studies and anecdotal reports. Gilbert says he is following two patients who are using these devices in an effort to make their penises longer.

"These devices have to be worn for several hours a day, for many months," he says. "Most people, even if they are highly motivated, don't have that kind of time. So I'm not sure a lot of patients have the time or energy or perseverance to do that."

Vacuum devices may help men with erectile dysfunction achieve an erection -- but they do not make the penis larger.

Can Regenerative Medicine Make a Small Penis Larger?
However, there is one area of research with intriguing possibilities: regenerative medicine. Scientists have been able to grow animal penises in the laboratory by seeding scaffolds with the animals' own cells. These penises then were successfully transplanted.

Already a group of researchers in Beijing, China, have reported using a similar technique to treat 69 patients with what they called small penis syndrome. In this case, the tissues were grown from the patients' own scrotal skin and grafted to their penises to increase their girth.

"With regenerative medicine, the sky is the limit," Palmer says. "We might have this as an option down the line."

"Regenerative medicine is still not ready for prime time," Gilbert says. "These things have a lot of potential, but nothing we can offer to patients in the near future."

9 Things That Should Never Go In Your Butt

Once people get over the initial difficulties of having anal sex — the tightness, the need for artificial lubrication, and the desire for cleanliness — they sometimes believe that the gates are open, and the butt will happily and healthily accept basically anything. Not so!

"The anal area is home to the trillions of bacteria that are found in the colon," OB-GYN Dr. Felice Gersh, M.D., tells Bustle. "Many of these bacteria can cause infections when inoculated into other sites."

The anal area isn't like the vagina; while you do have an internal bacterial balance in the colon and rectum, your butthole doesn't often deal with disturbances to this flora that come from outside. The skin around your rectum is super delicate and subject to inflammation, and can't be regarded as some rough-and-tumble John Wayne of orifices. You've got to treat it right, in all arenas of your life — sexually, medically, and recreationally.

Here are nine substances and objects never to put in or near your butt, to make sure you keep your backdoor safe and happy.

1. A Colonic
Getting a colonic involves flushing the colon through the butt with warm water, with the implication being that doing so can clean out excess waste, help you lose weight, or give you a "glow." These purported benefits, however, have been roundly debunked. It's an unnecessary procedure that may clean out useful bacterial flora in the colon, and exposes you to risks like perforated bowels and infections from improperly cleaned colonic tubes. It's not considered safe to have your colon flushed, per experts at Cedars-Sinai Hospital; it should only be done under extreme medical circumstances in emergencies. (Colonics are distinct from enemas, which just flush out the lower bowel through an injection of fluid or gas, and are thought to be much safer. So, it is safe to put water up your bum — to a degree.)

2. Any Sex Toy Not Specifically Designed For Use In Butts
A vibrator is a vibrator is a vibrator, right? Well, not really. Dildos, vibes, and other sex toys are great fun, but most are designed with specific orifices in mind, and are not intended to be multi-purpose. Some toys are intended for use in both vaginas and anuses, but they'll tell you so.

"Only use toys designed for butt play in your butt," sex educator and owner of feminist sex shop Early to Bed Searah Deysach previously told Bustle. Why? Because toys without a flanged base — meaning they're flared at the bottom — can get lost and become hard to remove.

Massaging the prostate is not the same as finding the G-spot, and so a tool designed to do one will not easily do the other. If you intend to do some anal play with toys, invest in a specifically-designed anal vibrator, plug, or beads.

3. Food
Putting food you're planning to eat into the butt, or anywhere near it, is a surefire way to cause issues, Dr. Gersh says. This includes carrots, cucumbers, and anything else that looks roughly phallic. "Contamination of food this way can cause illness," she says. Even if you're not planning to eat it, food items can carry their own bacteria, even after washing; worse still, organic matter can easily break apart. Cucumber anal might be a category in someone's private video collection, but it's not something to try at home.

4. In Fact, Any Non-Sex-Toy Object Used As A Sex Toy
It can be very, very tempting to look into the cupboard, fridge, or wherever else to find a DIY anal toy. Every medical student who has ever done a stint in the ER has a story about a non-toy object that was inserted into the anus and then, for some reason or another, was not able to be removed. Toys for anal play are on the market for a reason; they're designed to get pleasure and not get stuck or lost in there, Deysach told Bustle.

5. Anything That Will Then Be Put In The Vagina
Anybody who has ever had a UTI has this information seared into their brain. Making "truffle butter," as made famous by the Nicki Minaj song, risks infection. Any movement from the butthole to the genitals without a thorough cleaning in between — and this applies to fingers, toys, or anything else — transfers bacteria from fecal matter between your butt and vagina. This is a recipe for a UTI or worse. Switch condoms before switching orifices, sexologist Dr. Laura Deitsch previously told Bustle.

6. Rubbing Alcohol, Or Anything Else Astringent
Anal tissue is pretty sensitive stuff, as anyone who has ever experienced a hemorrhoid will understand. Using anything like disinfectant or rubbing alcohol on your booty is likely to irritate the delicate tissue and cause problems like sensitivity, itching, burning, or other nasties, according to Health Direct. Cleaning up your bum area, especially before sex, may feel like good preparation for anal or other explorations, but astringents may cause irritation. Regular old soap and water will do just fine.

7. Scented Baby Wipes, Or Other Scented Products
Though non-scented wipes are often recommended to clean up after anal sex, scented baby wipes are known to be a potential cause of irritant contact dermatitis, according to a 2014 study published in Pediatrics. Some people may experience irritation or other problems if they use not just scented baby wipes, but scented soaps, shower gels, or even some kinds of dyed toilet paper on their butts, as their skin may be sensitive to chemicals. Scents of any kind can cause contact dermatitis, which means irritated skin, around your intimate bits, dermatologist Dr. Kally Papantoniou, M.D., FAAD, previously told Bustle.

8. Any Body Parts Without Protection
You should keep your lips, your eyes and your tongue away from anybody's butt without protection, Dr. Gersh says. Otherwise, you risk spreading bacteria and giving yourself an infection. Keep a supply of gloves and dental dams along with your condoms in order to maximize protection.

9. Alcohol Of Any Kind
Introducing alcohol into the rectum for the purposes of getting drunk — butt-chugging, by another name — will technically achieve its intended purpose, because the alcohol will be absorbed into the bloodstream, but it's also extremely dangerous. Alcohol enemas bypass one of the body's safety mechanisms for reducing alcohol's toxicity: the enzyme alcohol dehydrogenase, which breaks down ethanol in the stomach and liver, Benjamin Voight, Ph.D., an associate professor at the University of Pennsylvania's Perelman School of Medicine, previously told Bustle. Alcohol enemas appear to be restricted to rare incidents, but regular old shots are a far safer way to get drunk. (In moderation, of course.)

Hello,

More of my philosophy about the philosophy of Letting Go and more..

I am a white arab, and i think i am smart since i have also
invented many scalable algorithms and algorithms..

I have just looked at the following video:

Why Letting Go Is True Wealth | Minimalist Philosophy for Simple Living

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JHcGmiZqKXo&t=78s

I think i am smart, and i think i am a wise type of person,
so i have just talked about stoicism and i am explaining why
my philosophy is better than stoicism, and read my below thoughts
about it, and now there remain the philosophy of Letting Go in the above video that i think comes also from China, but i think it has also a weakness as the below philosophy of the black guy below, so the weakness of the philosophy of Letting Go, is also like the same weakness of Buddhism, and it is that we are not "isolated" from people, so since we
are living inside a society and interacting with people so then
we are comparing our status etc. so we can be hurt, so we become less confident or more confident so then the Letting Go phillosophy
is not realistic or pragmatic, since its way of doing is not so efficient.

More of my philosophy about specialization and self-confidence and more..

I think i am smart, and i have just looked at some videos of the following black guy that is creating motivational videos:

TRUE DOG MENTALITY - The Most Motivational Video | David Goggins

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-JMAgzKvlIY

And i think that he is not talking so smartly, but i think he
is wanting to become self-confidence by being "specialization",
like the specialization in economy that is the process wherein a company or individual decides to focus their labor on a specific type of production and that enhances much more productivity, but i think that his views on his videos of how to be self-confidence are not so efficient, since i say that specialization alone is not sufficient,
since i think that you have to know how to transcend this weakness by
for example knowing how to a kind intellectual superiority that is creative in a kind sophisticated manner that brings self-confidence, and it is what i am doing by inventing my thoughts of my philosophy and my poems of Love and by inventing many scalable algorithms and algorithms
and by inventing some powerful software tools etc. and here is my following two proverbs that show this kind of doing:

Here is my new proverb:

"Being strong can become being weak by containing a small weak part that
makes you weak, and being weak can become being strong by containing a
small strong part of great weight of importance that makes you strong"

Here is my other new proverb:

"When you want to construct a much better version of yourself so
that to become successful, there is the first way of the hard working
way, but the hard working way is not the efficient and smart way, this
is why you can construct a much better version of yourself
by being some creative thinking and by being exponential thinking and by
using the exponential progress and growth brought by digitalization to
sell on internet your product or service from this some creative
thinking so that to be successful, so as you notice that this shows that
we have to be positive about our world, and this shows that my following
proverb is truth that actually says the following: The being weak can
become being strong by containing a small strong part of great weight of
importance that makes you strong, since the some creative thinking is a
small part of great weight of importance that makes you strong, since it
is not only capital and talents that make you successful, but it is also
some creative ideas that makes the great Capital that makes you
successful and the great capital that attracts talents that makes you
much more successful than successful."

And read all my other new proverbs in the following web link:

https://groups.google.com/g/alt.culture.morocco/c/ZyUvFt_nix8

Here is also one important proverb of mine about Resourcefulness that permits you to understand it:

"Resourcefulness is one of the most important things, and it is a skill,
and the good news is: this skill can be learned and mastered, and
resourcefulness is attained only when we combine the resourceful mindset
and skills, so we have to filter out some of the most useful resources
that help us, and resourcefulness is also to know who/what to look for
and what to ask, and when ressourcefulness is attained this becomes an
engine that permits you to have hope and to be energetic and to be
positive in doing what you are doing, since resourcefulness also permits
to easy the jobs for you."

And now more of my philosophy about capitalism and about Marxism and communism and more..

I invite you to look at the following video:

Communist Professor Defends Stalin & Mao's Legacy - Heated Debate

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Iov6jyfKtRc

So i have just looked at the above video and i will talk more about capitalism:

I think the mistake is to call our system capitalism, since i think our
system is not capitalism, since it requires also a kind of of Social Assistance and Social Solidarity and we have to have social programs that help the weakest members of the society or the poors of the society in a kind of way, and read below my philosophy about Class Struggle
so that to notice it, so i think that saying that USA is capitalism
is not correct thinking, since capitalism only as a system is a stupid
system, so this is why we can not compare as in the above video between
capitalism and communism, so we need to take into account all the
variables such as the kind of of Social Assistance and Social Solidarity
that we have inside for example the USA system so that to compare with communism, other than that i have also discussed more about the
advantages of capitalism, you can read them in the following
web link:

And if you want to know more about my views on capitalism,
read them here:

https://groups.google.com/g/alt.culture.morocco/c/cf3Wa4z8Xmc

Also you have to read carefully my philosophy about Class Struggle so
that to notice from where i am logically inferring that we require
a kind of of Social Assistance and Social Solidarity and that we have to have social programs that help the weakest members of the society or the poors of the society in a kind of way, here it is:

And today i will talk about Class struggle of Communism and Marxism,
so i will first ask a philosophical question of:

Is Class struggle "valid" and a good thing to have ?

I will say that there is not one type of Class struggle, because
we can have "levels" of Class Struggle, such as the Class Struggle of Communism and Marxism under Mao Zedong in China, and i think it is logically inferred in Marxism from the fact that there is antagonistic contradictions that are contradiction between the Chinese communists and Chinese bourgeoisie and between the imperialist camp and the socialist camp, so we can also consider that this antagonistic contradictions also comes from the fact that we can be genetically predisposed to being smart or having a good memory efficiency and such genetical characteristics, so this gives much more "chance" to those that have this kind of genetical predispositions to become rich and successful, so this is why Communism and Marxism says that we have to equalize much more between people, so this is why i think it is also a kind of competition that gives this kind of Class Struggle, but i will say that the fact that we equalize much more between people in a society is not good for "diversity" inside the society and it is not good for efficiency, since we have to have a level of diversity that brings "resilience" to the organization of a society, and even in economy we have to have a level of diversification of economy that brings resilience, so this is why i think that the level of Class struggle that we have to have doesn't look like archaism of Communism or Marxism, since i think we have to have some kind of Social Assistance and Social Solidarity and we have to have social programs that help the weakest members of the society or the poors of the society in a kind of way, so we have also to have a level of Class Struggle that is like a competition that ensure that those kind of rights of providing some kind of social programs that helps the weakest members and the poors of the society are fought for in a civilized way inside such places as the congress and in Democracy. Now there is also other antagonist contradictions between the government and the people under Democracy or the communist regime, and inside two groups or more inside a political party or within a communist Party, and i think that we have to have civilized ways and manners like by vigorous criticism and self-criticism so that to resolve those kind of antagonist contradictions.

More of my philosophy of between nostalgia and hope and the how to be optimism and more..

First i will give you the definition of "nostalgia", and here it is:

"A sentimental longing or wistful affection for the past, typically for a period or place with happy personal associations."

So i think i will explain more my way of being happy and optimism:

I think that it is from the power of the "mind" from where comes happpiness, since the mind can be "free" and much more powerful by using philosophical mechanisms, it is why i am inventing my poems of Love and my thoughts and mechanisms of my philosophy below etc. i also mean
that happiness comes also from "nostalgia" in a form of an imaginary that you believe it is true even if it is not true, also nostalgia is not sufficient because you have to be a kind of hope and being a kind of positive energy that pushes you forward, so read my thoughts of my philosophy below about it, so i invite you to look at following video of a song, and notice in this video how the beautiful Mediterranean sea and its seashores are so beautiful and it is also giving me a happiness in a form of "nostalgia" since i come from there, so i think nostalgia is also powerful and a positive energy:

Geri Halliwell - Mi Chico Latino

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XgoKfHg1JsU&list=RDXgoKfHg1JsU&start_radio=1

More of my philosophy about my new poem of Love and more..

And now i will explain how i am inventing my new poem of Love:

Here is my new poem of Love again:

--
Time flows and is it just for part-time or for longtime ?
Since notice how our strong Love is not the war crime !
Since it is like my poems of Love and there lovely rhymes !
Time flows and is it just for part-time or for longtime ?
Since is our beautiful Love just for the onetime ?
Since is it not our love like the beautiful springtime
And is not the beautiful springtime like the sublime
And is not the sublime of Love like strongly defying space-time ?
Time flows and is it just for part-time or for longtime ?
Since i will always Love you forever and for the anytime !
Since our Love is not just a simple programming paradigm !
Time flows and is it just for part-time or for longtime ?
Since our strong Love is a King like the King that we call "time" !!
--

I think i am smart and i am a gentleman type of person and i think
i am a wise type of person and the way of how i am inventing
my new poem of Love is the same way i am using so that
to invent my poems of Love, so it is that i am inventing with my fluid intelligence like architectural idea or ideas in a form of smart pattern or patterns that guide(s) the rest of the construction of my poem of Love, so in my poem of Love above, look at its following architectural idea:

"Since is it not our love like the beautiful springtime
And is not the beautiful springtime like the sublime
And is not the sublime of Love like strongly defying space-time ?
Time flows and is it just for part-time or for longtime ?"

So i am "abstracting" sublime of Love as being a "sublime" and i am saying that the sublime of Love permits to strongly defy space-time,
and notice how i am saying in the start of my poem of Love the following:

"Time flows and is it just for part-time or for longtime ?"

So notice that in the start of my poem of Love you will not understand
clearly the why i am saying it, but when you read my above architectural
idea and when you also read the following of my poem:

"Time flows and is it just for part-time or for longtime ?
Since our strong Love is a King like the King that we call "time" !!"

You will understand that i mean that the sublime of Love
is "King" like the King of time that defies space-time ,
so then this sublime of Love is not just for the onetime but it is for the forever and for the anytime and of course i am constructing beautifully the rest of my poem of Love as you are reading it.

Here is my new poem of Love..

I invite you to listen to the following song reading at
the same time my new poem of Love below:

Laura Pausini - La Solitudine (Official Video)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FpOEN93LX-E

Note that the word "sublime" in my new poem of Love below means:
extremely good, beautiful, or enjoyable.

And here is my new poem of Love:

Thank you,
Amine Moulay Ramdane.

More of my philosophy about the self and the human soul and more..

I think i am smart and i think i am wise type of man,
but i will ask another philosophical question of:

What is the soul of a human ?

I think that the soul of a human is related to the self-confidence
and optimism and positive energy of a human, so the first important
step is to ask what are the engines that gives a human a soul? since i think that if you are not self-confident and optimism, it is like your soul is dying, so in philosophy you need to have the "engines" that
gives you a soul, the engines such as the philosophical mechanisms that i am talking about below, and as you notice it is not sufficient
to have a soul, since you have to have a good soul and not an evil soul,
so take for example the engine that we call "money", so i am smart and
i will quickly say that so that to have much more money , you have for example to work hard, but since the working hard is also genetical and since you have also to be genetically capable of working hard, so you are noticing the kind of problem that it creates, so then the very important thing is then to make sure that you have a soul, and it means that you have self-confidence and you are optimism, but here again so that to be optimism and to have self-confidence, creativity must not be just to make big money or just for money, but creativity can only give self-confidence and optimism that gives a soul to a human. So read all my
following previous thoughts so that to understand better:

More of my philosophy about creativity and about imagination and about freedom and more...

I think i am smart, and you have to understand my thoughts below
of my philosophy, i think there is a very important thing in my philosophy, and

Blakeney Chapel
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Blakeney Chapel is a ruined building on the Norfolk coast of England. Even though named as such, it was probably not a chapel, and is not in the adjoining village of Blakeney, but rather in the parish of Cley next the Sea. The building stood on a raised mound or "eye" on the seaward end of the coastal marshes, less than 200 m (220 yd) from the sea and just to the north of the current channel of the River Glaven where it turns to run parallel to the shoreline. It consisted of two rectangular rooms of unequal size, and appears to be intact in a 1586 map, but is shown as ruins in later charts. Only the foundations and part of a wall still remain. Three archaeological investigations between 1998 and 2005 provided more detail of the construction, and showed two distinct periods of active use. Although it is described as a chapel on several maps, there is no documentary or archaeological evidence to suggest that it had any religious function. A small hearth, probably used for smelting iron, is the only evidence of a specific activity on the site.

Much of the structural material was long ago carried off for reuse in buildings in Cley and Blakeney. The surviving ruins are protected as a scheduled monument and Grade II listed building because of their historical importance, but there is no active management. The ever-present threat from the encroaching sea is likely to accelerate following a realignment of the Glaven's course through the marshes, and lead to the loss of the ruins.

Hello,

More of my philosophy about individual digital identity and individual identity and more..

I am a white arab, and i think i am smart since i have also

I think i am smart and i think i am a wise type of person, and let me

my thoughts that i am writing fast, also i have to be frank since i am also still in the process of inventing more and more thoughts of my philosophy , and i will soon organize all my thoughts of my philosophy as a beautiful digital book, also i will also soon do much more "business" with my kind of digital identity etc.

is not only capital and talents that make you successful, but it is also
some creative ideas that makes the great Capital that makes you
successful and the great capital that attracts talents that makes you
much more successful than successful."

Thank you,
Amine Moulay Ramdane.

More of my philosophy about the self and the human soul and more..

I think i am smart and i think i am wise type of man,
but i will ask another philosophical question of:

What is the soul of a human ?

I think that the soul of a human is related to the self-confidence
and optimism and positive energy of a human, so the first important
step is to ask what are the engines that gives a human a soul? since i think that if you are not self-confident and optimism, it is like your soul is dying, so in philosophy you need to have the "engines" that
gives you a soul, the engines such as the philosophical mechanisms that i am talking about below, and as you notice it is not sufficient
to have a soul, since you have to have a good soul and not an evil soul,
so take for example the engine that we call "money", so i am smart and
i will quickly say that so that to have much more money , you have for example to work hard, but since the

The Cleavage Countdown: 8 Facts About Breasts

The quintessential embodiment of female sexuality, breasts have fascinated and mystified since the beginning of time. From the biology that makes breasts, and breast-feeding, possible, and the odd boob changes that occur with motherhood to historical perceptions of the hourglass shape, LiveScience the art and science of breasts.

The First Bra

Women have strapped down their breasts with fabric bands or boosted their cleavage with body-shaping corsets for centuries, depending on current fashions. But the precursors to modern bras began to appear in the late 1800s and early 1900s. The magazine "Vogue" first used the term brassiere in 1907. In 1914, American Mary Phelps-Jacobs patented the first bra design, which consisted of two handkerchiefs sewn together with baby ribbon used as straps.

The first push-up bra came on the scene in 1948, introduced by Frederick Mellinger of Frederick's of Hollywood fame. According to Redbook magazine, the average woman today owns nine bras.

What's Inside?

The breasts contain between 15 and 20 lobules filled with hollow cavities called alveoli, where milk is produced. These lobules are connected by ducts that carry the milk to the nipple. Fat, ligaments and connective tissue hold all of this milk-producing machinery in place.

The Art of Breasts

We've all seen nude statues and old oil paintings of ladies hanging out without many clothes on. Turns out, this tradition goes way, way back. Paleolithic cave art dating back to as long as 35,000 years ago portrays naked women with enormous hips and breasts (is it any wonder that archaeologists suspect that the artists were teenagers?).

Size Matters

Whether you wear a double-A or double-D cup is likely partly due to your genes, with researchers pinpointing seven genetic markers (called SNPs) responsible for breast size. The study, detailed in the June 30, 2012, issue of the journal BMC Medical Genetics, also found that two of these markers are also linked with breast cancer; that suggests some of the same biological pathways may underlie normal breasth growth and breast cancer. However, that is not to say breast size is linked to breast cancer, the researchers cautioned.

Speaking of size, the average size for American women < ahref="http://www.livescience.com/32397-what-is-the-average-american-womans-bust-size-.html">is now a 36C.

Sagging Breasts

Bigger boobs are arguably one of the more appealing body changes of motherhood. But what happens when those hormone and milk-swelled breasts deflate once breast-feeding stops? Sagging breasts, or breast ptosis, for life? Turns out, pregnancy may weigh on a woman's boobs more than breast-feeding.

As a pregnant woman's breasts grow fuller and heavier, the ligaments and skin that support breasts stretch. When breasts shrink after delivery, these supports may not snap back to their former shape. Certain factors can make pregnancy's toll on breast firmness even worse. For instance, the older a woman is and the more pregnancies she's had, the more her breasts are likely to shrink. Smoking, too, can be a breast downer, as it breaks down a protein that gives skin (and breasts) its youthful elasticity. .

"Women may be reluctant to breastfeed because of this unfounded myth that doing so means the end of youthful breasts," University of Kentucky plastic surgeon and researcher Brian Rinker told LiveScience sister site Life's Little Mysteries in 2010. "Now, expectant mothers can relax knowing breastfeeding does not sacrifice the appearance of their breasts."

Breast Lumps

Feeling a lump in her breast can be the scariest moment in a woman's life. About one in eight women will be diagnosed with breast cancer at some point, most after age 50. There is no one type of breast cancer — many tumors are sensitive to the hormone estrogen, but some aren't; some express specific genes such as HER2 that respond to targeted drug treatment, while others do not. Certain genes increase a person's risk factor for cancer, the most common being mutated versions of two genes called BRCA1 and BRCA2. Alcohol use, delayed childbirth, obesity and exposure to radiation also increase the risk for cancer.

Although it's 100 times less frequent than in women, breast cancer can strike men, too. Just as men have vestigial nipples, they also have a little bit of breast tissue in the form of milk ducts that don't develop during puberty like a woman's do. These ducts can be susceptible to cancer.

Back-Up Breasts

In the days before formula, a woman who struggled to nurse could see her child starve. Fortunately, there was often a solution: wet nurses, or lactating women who were paid to nurse other women's babies. Upper-class women throughout history have often called in wet nurse to avoid the hassle of nursing themselves, or because it was simply the norm in their culture. In ancient Rome, for example, a structure called the Columna Lactaria may have been a site where wet-nurses for hire gathered, or perhaps it was a charity site where poor mothers could get extra milk for their babies.

Wet-nursing was a common practice in western Europe up through the 18th century, but it's now seen as unusual. Nevertheless, "cross-feeding," as it's known, is still done. In one high-profile incident in 2009, for example, actress Salma Hayek breastfed another woman's newborn in Sierra Leone during a charity trip. And some women informally share nursing duties with friends who also have babies (though pediatricians recommend turning to a milk bank instead, to ensure that milk is free from disease).

Is Bigger Better?

Yes
Amine Moulay Ramdane <aminer68@gmail.com>: Jan 12 06:10PM -0800

Hello,

More of my philosophy about the future and about digital identity and more..

I am a white arab, and i think i am smart since i have also
invented many scalable algorithms and algorithms..

I think i am smart and i think i am a wise type of person,
and i am really optimistic about our modern era of digital economy,
and i also think that you have to take care of your digital identity
,as i am doing it, so that to be the good business, but i have to be frank since i am showing two things, the first thing is that i know how to be Love by inventing my poems of Love, since notice how i am also naturally or genetically made as my poems of Love, i mean that i look like my poems of Love, since i also mean that notice how my poems of Love with there kind of "sensibility" are much more precisely tuned or balanced in a more sophisticated manner, and i think that it needs a kind of "precision" of the "language" of the heart or of Love, since
writing poems of Love like i am doing is like talking the language of the heart or the language of Love, and that's really show my kind of sensibility and my kind of personality, so let us rapidly take a look at how i have quickly invented the following poem of Love:

Here is my new poem of Love:

--

Seeing you across this beautiful street

It is how we want to beautifully meet

Seeing you across this beautiful street

Since you are the beautiful and sweet

Since my beautiful heart is coming to you as an athlete

Seeing you across this beautiful street

It is as i am listening to your beautiful heartbeat

Seeing you across this beautiful street

So am i the beautiful Love or am i the Islamic sunnite ?

Seeing you across this beautiful street

So this is how our Love is so beautiful and concrete

---

So as you are noticing i am not lying since you are noticing from
my poem of Love above how i am this kind of precision of the language
of the heart or the language of Love, and of course i invite you to read
all my poems of Love below so that you notice it more.

The second important thing is that i am taking care of my digital identity in the other kind of way, since i am wanting to "organize" much more my thoughts of my philosophy in a beautiful kind of digital book,
and that's good for business, and as you have just noticed, i have just talked about more about it by saying the following:

More of my philosophy about digital or electronic books and more..

I think i am smart, and i have just finished my programming of a project that easy for you to make electronic or digital books with HTML and Javascript and CSS, now it consists of a sophisticated "Tree menu" that will show the indexes of the digital or electronic book that will appear on the left of the screen in a left HTML frame, also i have just thought about my design and i think that here is how i will show the HTML with CSS pages of the the digital or electronic book: First i have to include in the HTML pages of the digital book the following in HTML:

<head>
<link rel="stylesheet" href="mystyle.css">
</head>

And the mystyle.css "CSS" file will contain the following so that
the HTML pages of the digital book appears correctly in different screen resolutions:

mystyle.css file is:

body
{
font-size: 1.3vw;
}

So as you are noticing i am using "font-size: 1.3vw" , since the
right HTML frame that contains the HTML pages of the book is 3/4 the size, and here is how i am constructing the HTML frames of the digital book so that to notice it:

<!DOCTYPE html>
<HTML>
<HEAD>
<TITLE>A frameset document</TITLE>
</HEAD>
<FRAMESET>
<FRAMESET cols="25%,*" frameborder="yes" framespacing=1>
<FRAME name="frame1" src="example01.html" scrolling="auto">
<FRAME name="frame2" src="poems1.html" scrolling="auto">
<Frame scrolling="auto">
</FRAMESET>
</FRAMESET>
</HTML>

So notice that it is: "FRAMESET cols="25%,*", so it means that
the left HTML frame of the digital book is 1/4 of the size and
the right HTML frame is 3/4 of the size.

And i will show you more the sophisticated "Tree menu" that will show the indexes of the digital book, so stay tuned since i will start to organize my thoughts of my philosophy and my other thoughts
of software computing etc. into my above form of a digital book.

I think i am smart, and i think that my form of digital or electronic book is scalable since you can go from the a main sophisticated "Tree menu" to other childs of sophisticated "Tree menus" inside the left HTML frame of the digital book, so i think it is also a powerful and sophisticated kind of digital book, so i have thought fast this project of mine and i have designed it fast, but also you have to know that the sophisticated "Tree menu" that shows in the left HTML frame of the digital book has not to use the same CSS configuration as the right HTML frame with: "font-size: 1.3vw", since i think that the fonts of the sophisticated "Tree menu" must be fixed fonts size so that to permit to
scroll the left HTML frame correctly etc.

And here is my philosophy of why i am organizing my thoughts in
a digital book:

More of my philosophy about making paper from trees and about deforestation and more..

I invite you to read the following article about the environmental footprint of paper vs. electronic books:

https://www.anthropocenemagazine.org/2020/08/the-environmental-footprint-of-paper-vs-electronic-books/

And as you notice that the above article is just speaking about
how much green house emissions we have with footprint of paper vs. electronic books, but i think that deforestation does not only
cause green house emissions, but i think we have to take into account the the other following disadvantages:

The disadvantages to deforestation are an increased amount of carbon dioxide emissions and soil erosion as well as the destruction of forest habitat and the loss of biological diversity of both plants and animals.

Also 24 trees makes around one ton of paper, which is about around 200,000 sheets, and you may use a piece of paper one or two times, but it can be recycled five to seven times. Recycling one ton of paper saves 17 trees. If it's recycled seven times, it saves 117 trees, but i think that it is not enough and it is not enough to recycle (Read in the following article so that to notice it: https://www.sciencefocus.com/science/is-recycling-paper-bad-for-the-environment/), so it is why i think that reading digital or electronic books on computers is better than using paper books.

And i invite you to read the following articles:

More of my philosophy about individual digital identity and individual identity and more..

I think i am smart and i think i am a wise type of person, and let me
tell you that i am of the ones that value a lot digital identity,
since i want my digital identity to be a honest person about my strenghts and about my being a gentleman, and you have to understand that i look like my thoughts of my philosophy or my poems of Love, and i am also thinking them and writing them really fast since i look like
my thoughts that i am writing fast, also i have to be frank since i am also still in the process of inventing more and more thoughts of my philosophy , and i will soon organize all my thoughts of my philosophy as a beautiful digital book, also i will also soon do much more "business" with my kind of digital identity etc.

More of my philosophy about the philosophy of Letting Go and more..

I will say that there is not one type of Class struggle, because
we can have "levels" of Class Struggle, such as the Class Struggle of Communism and Marxism under Mao Zedong in China, and i think it is logically inferred in Marxism from the fact that there is antagonistic contradictions that are contradiction between the Chinese communists and Chinese bourgeoisie and between the imperialist camp and the socialist camp, so we can also consider that this antagonistic contradictions also comes from the fact that we can be genetically predisposed to being smart or having a good memory efficiency and such genetical characteristics, so this gives much more "chance" to those that have this kind of genetical predispositions to become rich and successful, so this is why Communism and Marxism says that we have to equalize much more between people, so this is why i think it is also a kind of competition that gives this kind of Class Struggle, but i will say that the fact that we equalize much more between people in a society is not good for "diversity" inside the society and it is not good for efficiency, since we have to have a level of diversity that brings "resilience" to the organization of a society, and even in economy we have to have a level of diversification of economy that brings resilience, so this is why i think that

New Theory on Why Men Love Breasts

Why do straight men devote so much headspace to those big, bulbous bags of fat drooping from women's chests? Scientists have never satisfactorily explained men's curious breast fixation, but theorists are gonna theorize. So let's take a tour of the sexy speculation surrounding the human bosom — with a few stops to explain why it's so hard to figure out just why breasts hold such allure.

Mammary glands are a defining feature of mammals, but humans seem unique in granting mammaries a large sexual role. That's not to say interest in nipples is entirely unheard of elsewhere in the animal kingdom: In the book "Biological Exuberance: Animal Homosexuality and Natural Diversity" (Stonewall Inn Editions, 1999), Canadian biologist Bruce Bagemihl notes that a couple of primate species, including humanity's close relative the bonobo, have been seen stimulating their own nipples while masturbating. Still, few mammals other than humans mate face-to-face (the behavior makes headlines when seen in the wild), so nipple stimulation isn't generally part of the script.

Researchers have long speculated that humans evolved the fatty deposits around the female mammary glands for sexual reasons. Anthropologist Owen Lovejoy argued that evolution put a bull's-eye around both female and male reproductive organs in order to promote pair bonding. In this hypothesis, it wasn't just the female breast that got a lift; men acquired relatively large penises for their body size, too. [Why Do Women Have Breasts?]

Another long-standing theory holds that breasts evolved as a way to signal to men that the woman attached to them was nutritionally advantaged and youthful — and thus, a promising mate. Studies finding that men prefer large breasts and a high waist-to-hip ratio bolster the notion that an hourglass shape communicates youth and fertility. A 2004 study in the Proceedings of the Royal Society B even found that women with large breasts have higher levels of the hormone estradiol mid-cycle, which could increase fertility.

Nature or nurture?

But there are pitfalls to this line of work. For one thing, it's not actually clear that breasts are universally adored. In a 1951 study of 191 cultures, anthropologist Clellan Ford and ethologist Frank Beach reported that breasts were considered sexually important to men in 13 of those cultures. Of those, nine cultures preferred large breasts. Two — the Azande and Ganda of Africa — found long, pendulous breasts most attractive. Another two — the Maasai of Africa and Manus of the South Pacific — liked breasts that were upright and "hemispherical," but not necessarily large. Thirteen cultures also reported breast simulation during sex, but only three of those overlapped with the societies where men reported finding breasts important for sexual attraction.

In a chapter in the book "Breastfeeding: Biocultural Perspectives" (Aldine de Gruyter, 1995), cultural anthropologist Katherine Dettwyler describes telling friends in Mali about sexual foreplay involving breasts and getting responses ranging from "bemused to horrified."

"In any case, they regarded it as unnatural, perverted behavior, and found it difficult to believe that men would become sexually aroused by women's breasts, or that women would find such activities pleasurable," Dettwyler wrote.

In the cultural view, men aren't so much biologically drawn to breasts as trained from an early age to find them erotic.

"Obviously, humans can learn to view breasts as sexually attractive. We can learn to prefer long, pendulous breasts, or upright, hemispherical breasts. We can learn to prefer large breasts," Dettwyler wrote. [The 7 Biggest Mysteries of the Human Body]

Even if there is some biological underpinning for an interest in bosoms, it might vary by culture. A 2011 study compared men's preferences for breast size, symmetry, and areola size and color in Papua New Guina, Samoa and New Zealand and found that men from Papua New Guinea preferred larger breasts than men from the other two islands. Because the men surveyed from Papua New Guinea hailed from more of a subsistence culture than the men in Samoa or New Zealand, the results support the idea that in places of scarcity, padded bustlines could signal a well-fed woman with reserves for pregnancy and childrearing, the researchers wrote. Areola size and color preferences were highly idiosyncratic between cultures.

Sexual sideshow?

The main job of breasts, of course, is to feed offspring. Some researchers think that sexual interest in breasts simply hijacks the breastfeeding circuitry and uses it for another purpose.

Larry Young, a professor of psychiatry at Emory University who studies the neurological basis of complex social behaviors, thinks human evolution has harnessed an ancient neural circuit that originally evolved to strengthen the mother-infant bond during breastfeeding, and now uses this brain circuitry to strengthen the bond between couples as well. The result? Men, like babies, love breasts.

When a woman's nipples are stimulated during breastfeeding, the neurochemical oxytocin, otherwise known as the "love drug," floods her brain, helping to focus her attention and affection on her baby. But research over the past few years has shown that in humans, this circuitry isn't reserved exclusively for infants. [The Cleavage Countdown: 8 Facts About Breasts]

Recent studies have found that nipple stimulation enhances sexual arousal in the great majority of women, and it activates the same brain areas as vaginal and clitoral stimulation. When a sexual partner touches, massages or nibbles a woman's breasts, Young said, this triggers the release of oxytocin in the woman's brain, just like what happens when a baby nurses. But in this context, the oxytocin focuses the woman's attention on her sexual partner, strengthening her desire to bond with this person.

In other words, men can make themselves more desirable by stimulating a woman's breasts during foreplay and sex. Evolution has, in a sense, made men want to do this. According to Young, the theory "just makes a lot of sense." Young elaborated on the theory in his book, "The Chemistry Between Us" (Current Hardcover, 2012), co-authored by Brian Alexander.

Attraction to breasts "is a brain organization effect that occurs in straight males when they go through puberty," Young told Live Science. "Evolution has selected for this brain organization in men that makes them attracted to the breasts in a sexual context, because the outcome is that it activates the female bonding circuit, making women feel more bonded with him. It's a behavior that males have evolved in order to stimulate the female's maternal bonding circuitry." [Why Do Men Have Nipples]

So, why did this evolutionary change happen in humans, and not in other breastfeeding mammals? Young thinks it's because we form monogamous relationships, whereas 97 percent of mammals do not. "Secondly, it might have to do with the fact that we are upright and have face-to-face sex, which provides more opportunity for nipple stimulation during sex. In monogamous voles, for example, the nipples are hanging toward the ground and the voles mate from behind, so this didn't evolve," he said. "So, maybe the nature of our sexuality has allowed greater access to the breasts."

Young said competing theories of men's breast fixation don't stand up to scrutiny. For example, the argument that men tend to select full-breasted women because they think these women's breast fat will make them better at nourishing babies falls short when one considers that "sperm is cheap" compared with eggs, and men don't need to be choosy.

But like any evolutionary explanation for breasts, Young's theory runs into cultural controversy.

"Always important whenever evolutionary biologists suggest a universal reason for a behavior and emotion: how about the cultural differences?" Rutgers University anthropologist Fran Mascia-Lees wrote in an email to Live Science.

Young responded that there are not enough studies looking at breast stimulation during foreplay across cultures to rule out the importance of the nipple-oxytocin bonding loop. Notably, men often like nipple stimulation, too. A 2006 study published in the Journal of Sexual Medicine found that in a sample of undergraduate men in the United Kingdom, 51.7 percent found nipple stimulation arousing. About 82 percent of women said the same. Male nipples are a vestige of prenatal development in men, but they are hooked up to nerves and blood vessels, just like female nipples.

However, less is known about the innervation of nipples in men, studies on how nipple stimulation contributes to their sexual arousal are lacking, the researchers wrote. Perhaps the real quandary isn't why the female breast is so fetishized, but why we don't ask more questions about what's on men's chests.

Editor's Note: This article was first published on Sept. 26, 2012; it was updated to include more research and information on theories behind men's love of breasts.

Hello,

Read again, i correct about more of my philosophy about specialization and self-confidence and more..

I am a white arab, and i think i am smart since i have also
invented many scalable algorithms and algorithms..

Thank you,
Amine Moulay Ramdane.

I think i am smart, and you have to understand my thoughts below
of my philosophy, i think there is a very important thing in my philosophy, and it is the fact that i just said the following:
--

So another philosophical question is about the status, and here it is:

And how to be optimistic and be positive energy and be happy
if we are in fact also comparing our status with the other members of
the society or the world ? and of course the "status" means
the position or rank of someone or something when compared to
others in a society, organization, group, etc.

So i will answer this philosophical question by saying the following:

So if you are noticing in my below thoughts of my philosophy, i am
speaking about "creativity", and i say that you can be creativity that is "successful"(and by of course respecting the laws of the country) even if you are not smart and even if you are not science and technology and even if you are not talented, so this is why i am saying in my philosophy below that the being optimism and the being positive energy and the being self-confidence comes from the being this "creativity".

So you have to understand that the

Hamlet, Act I Scene 2

[A formal room in the castle. Enter King Claudius, Queen Gertrude, Hamlet, Polonius, his son Laertes, his daughter Ophelia, others.]
Claudius
Though yet of Hamlet, our dear brother's death,

The memory be green, and that it us befitted
To bear our hearts in grief, and our whole kingdom
To be contracted in one brow of woe,

Yet, so far hath discretion fought with nature
That we, with wisest sorrow, think on him
Together with remembrance of ourselves.
Therefore, our sometimes sister, now our queen,

Th' imperial jointress of this warlike state,
Have we — as 'twere with a defeated joy,
With one auspicious and one dropping eye,
With mirth in funeral and with dirge in marriage,
In equal scale weighing delight and dole —
Taken to wife. Nor have we herein barred
Your better wisdoms, which have freely gone
With this affair along. For all, our thanks.
Now follows that you know — young Fortinbras,
Holding a weak supposal of our worth,
Or thinking, by our late dear brother's death,
Our state to be disjoint and out of frame,
Colleaguèd with the dream of his advantage,
He hath not failed to pester us with message,
Importing the surrender of those lands
Lost by his father with all bonds of law
To our most valiant brother. So much for him.
[Enter Voltemand and Cornelius.]
Now for ourself and for this time of meeting.
Thus much the business is: we have here writ
To Norway, uncle of young Fortinbras,
Who, impotent and bed-rid, scarcely hears
Of this his nephew's purpose to suppress
His further gait herein — in that the levies,
The lists, and full proportions, are all made
Out of his subject. And we here dispatch
You, good Cornelius, and you, Voltemand,
For bearing of this greeting to old Norway,
Giving to you no further personal power
To business with the king more than the scope
Of these delated articles allow.
Farewell, and let your haste commend your duty.
Voltemand and Cornelius
In that and all things, will we show our duty.
Claudius
We doubt it nothing. Heartily farewell.
[Exit Voltemand and Cornelius.]
And now, Laertes, what's the news with you?
You told us of some suit. What is't, Laertes?
You cannot speak of reason to the Dane
And lose your voice. What wouldst thou beg, Laertes,
That shall not be my offer, not thy asking?
The head is not more native to the heart,
The hand more instrumental to the mouth,
Than is the throne of Denmark to thy father.
What wouldst thou have, Laertes?
Laertes
My dread Lord,
Your leave and favor to return to France,
From whence, though willingly, I came to Denmark
To show my duty in your coronation.
Yet now I must confess, that duty done,
My thoughts and wishes bend again toward France,
And bow them to your gracious leave and pardon.
Claudius
Have you your father's leave? What says Polonius?
Polonius
He hath, my lord, wrung from me my slow leave
By laborsome petition, and at last,
Upon his will, I sealed my hard consent.

I do beseech you; give him leave to go.
Claudius
Take thy fair hour, Laertes. Time be thine,
And thy best graces, spend it at thy will!
[To Hamlet, wearing dark clothes of mourning.]
But now, my cousin Hamlet, and my son —
Hamlet
A little more than kin, and less than kind.
Claudius
How is it that the clouds still hang on you?

Hamlet
Not so, my lord; I am too much i' the sun.
Gertrude
Good Hamlet, cast thy nightly color off,
And let thine eye look like a friend on Denmark.
Do not for ever with thy vailèd lids
Seek for thy noble father in the dust.
Thou know'st 'tis common: all that lives must die,
Passing through nature to eternity.
Hamlet
Ay, madam, it is common.
Gertrude
If it be,
Why seems it so particular with thee?
Hamlet
Seems, madam! Nay, it is. I know not 'seems.'
'Tis not alone my inky cloak, good mother,
Nor customary suits of solemn black,
Nor windy suspiration of forced breath,
No, nor the fruitful river in the eye,
Nor the dejected 'havior of the visage,
Together with all forms, moods, shows of grief,
That can denote me truly. These indeed seem,
For they are actions that a man might play.
But I have that within which passes show.
These but the trappings and the suits of woe.
Claudius
'Tis sweet and commendable in your nature, Hamlet,
To give these mourning duties to your father.
But you must know — your father lost a father;
That father lost, lost his; and the survivor bound
In filial obligation, for some term,
To do obsequious sorrow. But to persevere
In obstinate condolement is a course
Of impious stubbornness. 'Tis unmanly grief.
It shows a will most incorrect to heaven,
A heart unfortified, a mind impatient,
An understanding simple and unschooled
For what we know must be, and is, as common
As any the most vulgar thing to sense.
Why should we, in our peevish opposition,
Take it to heart? Fie! 'Tis a fault to heaven,
A fault against the dead, a fault to nature,
To reason most absurd —whose common theme
Is death of fathers, and who still hath cried,
From the first corpse till he that died today,
'This must be so.' We pray you, throw to earth
This unprevailing woe, and think of us
As of a father. For let the world take note,
You are the most immediate to our throne.
And with no less nobility of love
Than that which dearest father bears his son,
Do I impart towards you. For your intent
In going back to school in Wittenberg,
It is most retrograde to our desire.
And we beseech you, bend you to remain
Here, in the cheer and comfort of our eye,
Our chiefest courtier, cousin, and our son.
Gertrude
Let not thy mother lose her prayers, Hamlet.
I pray thee, stay with us; go not to Wittenberg.
Hamlet
I shall in all my best obey you, madam.
Claudius
Why, 'tis a loving and a fair reply.
Be as ourself, in Denmark. Madam, come.
This gentle and unforced accord of Hamlet
Sits smiling to my heart. In grace whereof,
No jocund health that Denmark drinks today,
But the great cannon to the clouds shall tell,
And the king's rouse the heavens all bruit again,
Re-speaking earthly thunder. Come away.
[Exit all except Hamlet]

Hello,

More of my philosophy about specialization and self-confidence and more..

I am a white arab, and i think i am smart since i have also
invented many scalable algorithms and algorithms..

I think i am smart, and i have just looked at some videos of the following black guy that is creating motivational videos:

TRUE DOG MENTALITY - The Most Motivational Video | David Goggins

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-JMAgzKvlIY

And i think that he is not talking so smartly, but i think he
is wanting to become self-confidence by being "specialization",
like the specialization in economy that is the process wherein a company or individual decides to focus their labor on a specific type of production and that enhances much more productivity, but i think that his views on his videos of how to be self-confidence are not so efficient, since i say that specialization alone is not sufficient,
since i think that you have to know how to transcend this weakness by
for example knowing how to a kind intellectual superiority that is creative in a kind sophisticated manner that brings self-confidence, and it is what i am doing by inventing my thoughts of my philosophy and my poems of Love and by inventing many scalable algorithms and algorithms
and by inventing some powerful software tools etc. and here is my
proverb that shows this kind of doing:

And read my following proverbs about it:

And read my all my my other new proverbs in the following web link:

https://groups.google.com/g/alt.culture.morocco/c/ZyUvFt_nix8

Thank you,
Amine Moulay Ramdane.

I think i am smart, and you have to understand my thoughts below
of my philosophy, i think there is a very important thing in my philosophy, and it is the fact that i just said the following:

Hamlet, Act I Scene I

Bernardo
Who's there?
Francisco
Nay, answer me! Stand and unfold yourself!
Bernardo
Long live the king!

Francisco
Bernardo?
Bernardo
He.
Francisco
You come most carefully upon your hour.
Bernardo
'Tis now struck twelve. Get thee to bed, Francisco.
Francisco
For this relief much thanks. 'Tis bitter cold,
And I am sick at heart.
Bernardo
Have you had quiet guard?
Francisco
Not a mouse stirring.
Bernardo
Well, good night.
If you do meet Horatio and Marcellus,
The rivals of my watch, bid them make haste.
[Enter Horatio and Marcellus.]
Francisco
I think I hear them. Stand! Who's there?
Horatio
Friends to this ground.
Marcellus
And liegemen to the Dane.

Francisco
Give you good night.

Marcellus
Oh, farewell, honest soldier.
Who has relieved you?
Francisco
Bernardo has my place.
Give you good night.
[Francisco exits]
Marcellus
Holla! Bernardo!
Bernardo
Say,
What, is Horatio there?
Horatio
A piece of him.

Bernardo
Welcome, Horatio. Welcome, good Marcellus.
Marcellus
What, has this thing appeared again tonight?
Bernardo
I have seen nothing.
Marcellus
Horatio says 'tis but our fantasy,
And will not let belief take hold of him
Touching this dreaded sight twice seen of us.
Therefore I have entreated him along
With us to watch the minutes of this night,

That if again this apparition come,
He may approve our eyes and speak to it.
Horatio
Tush, tush, 'twill not appear.
Bernardo
Sit down awhile,
And let us once again assail your ears,
That are so fortified against our story,

What we two nights have seen.
Horatio
Well, sit we down,
And let us hear Bernardo speak of this.
Bernardo
Last night of all,
When yond same star that's westward from the pole
Had made his course to illume that part of heaven
Where now it burns, Marcellus and myself —
The bell then beating one ...

[Enter a ghostly figure dressed in splendid armor – see the image in the note, line 40]
Marcellus
Peace, break thee off! Look where it comes again!

Bernardo
In the same figure like the king that's dead.
Marcellus
Thou art a scholar. Speak to it, Horatio.

Bernardo
Looks it not like the king? Mark it, Horatio.
Horatio
Most like, it harrows me with fear and wonder.
Bernardo
It would be spoke to.
Marcellus
Question it, Horatio.
Horatio
What art thou that usurp'st this time of night,
Together with that fair and warlike form
In which the majesty of buried Denmark

Did sometimes march? By heaven I charge thee, speak!
Marcellus
It is offended.
Bernardo
See, it stalks away!
Horatio
Stay! Speak, speak! I charge thee, speak!
[Exit Ghost.]
Marcellus
'Tis gone and will not answer.

Bernardo
How now, Horatio! You tremble and look pale.
Is not this something more than fantasy?
What think you on't?
Horatio
Before my God, I might not this believe
Without the sensible and true avouch
Of mine own eyes.
Marcellus
Is it not like the king?
Horatio
As thou art to thyself.
Such was the very armor he had on
When he the ambitious Norway combated.
So frowned he once when in an angry parle
He smote the sledded Polacks on the ice.

'Tis strange.
Marcellus
Thus twice before — and just at this dead hour —
With martial stalk, hath he gone by our watch.
Horatio
In what particular thought to work, I know not.
But in the gross and scope of my opinion,
This bodes some strange eruption to our state.
Marcellus
Good now. Sit down and tell me, he that knows,
Why this same strict and most observant watch
So nightly toils the subject of the land,

And why such daily cast of brazen cannon
And foreign mart for implements of war,
Why such impress of shipwrights whose sore task
Does not divide the Sunday from the week.

What might be toward, that this sweaty haste
Doth make the night joint-laborer with the day?
Who is't that can inform me?
Horatio
That can I –
At least the whisper goes so. Our last king –
Whose image even but now appeared to us –
Was, as you know, by Fortinbras of Norway,
Thereto pricked on by a most emulate pride,

Dared to the combat; in which our valiant Hamlet —
For so this side of our known world esteemed him —
Did slay this Fortinbras who by a sealed compact
Well ratified by law and heraldry,
Did forfeit with his life all those his lands
Which he stood seized of to the conqueror;
Against the which a moiety competent
Was gaged by our king, which had returned
To the inheritance of Fortinbras
Had he been vanquisher; as, by the same covenant
And carriage of the article designed,
His fell to Hamlet. Now, sir, young Fortinbras,
Of unimproved mettle hot and full,
Hath in the skirts of Norway, here and there,
Sharked up a list of landless resolutes,
For food and diet to some enterprise
That hath a stomach in't, which is no other —
And it doth well appear unto our state —
But to recover of us, by strong hand
And terms compulsatory, those foresaid lands
So by his father lost. And this, I take it,

Is the main motive of our preparations,
The source of this our watch, and the chief head
Of this post-haste and rummage in the land.
[Re-enter the ghost.]
But soft, behold! Lo where it comes again!
I'll cross it though it blast me.
[The ghost spreads its arms.]
Stay, illusion!
If thou hast any sound or use of voice,
Speak to me.
If there be any good thing to be done
That may to thee do ease and grace to me,
Speak to me.
If thou art privy to thy country's fate
Which, happily foreknowing, may avoid,
Oh, speak!
Or if thou hast uphoarded, in thy life,
Extorted treasure in the womb of earth
For which, they say, you spirits oft walk in death,
Speak of it. Stay and speak! Stop it, Marcellus.

[The cock crows.]
Marcellus
Shall I strike at it with my partisan?
Horatio
Do, if it will not stand.
[They strike at the Ghost but their spears seem to pass through it without any effect]
Bernardo
'Tis here!
Horatio
'Tis here!
[Exit Ghost.]
Marcellus
'Tis gone!
We do it wrong, being so majestical,
To offer it the show of violence;
For it is, as the air, invulnerable,
And our vain blows malicious mockery.

Bernardo
It was about to speak when the cock crew.
Horatio
And then it started like a guilty thing
Upon a fearful summons. I have heard
The cock, that is the trumpet to the morn,
Doth, with his lofty and shrill-sounding throat,
Awake the god of day; and at his warning,
Whether in sea or fire, in earth or air,
The extravagant and erring spirit hies
To his confine; and of the truth herein
This present object made probation.
Marcellus
It faded on the crowing of the cock.
Some say that ever 'gainst that season comes
Wherein our Savior's birth is celebrated,
The bird of dawning singeth all night long;
And then, they say, no spirit dares walk abroad,
The nights are wholesome, then no planets strike,

No fairy takes, nor witch hath power to charm,

So hallowed and so gracious is the time.
Horatio
So have I heard and do in part believe it.
But look, the morn in russet mantle clad
Walks o'er the dew of yon high eastern hill.
Break we our watch up, and by my advice

Let us impart what we have seen tonight
Unto young Hamlet; for upon my life
This spirit, dumb to us, will speak to him.
Do you consent we shall acquaint him with it,
As needful in our loves, fitting our duty?

Marcellus
Let's do't, I pray, and I this morning know
Where we shall find him most conveniently.
[Exit.]

I think i am smart, and you have to understand my thoughts below
of my philosophy, i think there is a very important thing in my philosophy, and it is the fact that i just said the following:

--

So you have to understand that the fact that we are thinking this way positively about the fact that we can become successful and rich by being creativity that is "successful"(and by of course respecting the laws of the country) even if we are not smart and even if we are not science and technology and even if we are not talented, is a powerful positive energy that brings hope and optimism. And i can also say in french: C'est ce genre d'imaginaire et de rêve qui nous fait vivre avec toujours cet optimisme de pouvoir réussir et de devenir riche grâce aussi au pouvoir de la créativité, et cela est très important pour l'ordre dans une société, and the translation in english of it is: It is this kind of imagination and dream that makes us live with always this optimism of being able to succeed and to become rich by the this power of creativity, and this is very important thing for order in a society.

More of my philosophy about the status and about my philosophy and more..

I think i am really smart, and i think i am a wise type of
person and i think i am a philosopher, so another philosophical question is about the status, and here it is:

So i invite you to read my smart philosophy below so that to understand more:

More of my philosophy about my philosophy and more..

I think i am smart, and i think i am a wise man, and i have just talked about the basis of my philosophy, read it carefully in my thoughts below, and i will repeat again a very important thing of my philosophy
and it is about how to be hope and optimism, and here is the important part of my philosophy that talks about it:

It is not just living in imagination, i mean that you have to look at the exponential progress of our humanity like a "good" challenge, and i mean that you have to know how to be organized and disciplined by using the tools of this exponential progress and this a very important thing, and i am talking about it in many of my poems below that are abstracting also this exponential progress of our humanity that brings hope and optimism since it is also a very interesting good challenge, and here is my thoughts on the following link that talks about this exponential progress of our humanity that is so fast and that will make us soon much much more powerful and much much more sophisticated:

More of my philosophy of from where comes happiness and more..

I think i am smart, and i think i am a wise type of person, and i think
i am a philosopher, and i will say that happiness comes like from the process of being thirsty(feeling a need to drink) and becoming not thirsty by drinking enough water, and this process is a pleasure of life that makes us more happy, so happiness is also this process of when you have drunk enough water, you have to become thirsty again and you have to drink enough water again, and i say that it is the general principle or the general rule of how to be happy, but it is not sufficient to understand this general principle, since you have to know that for example hope is also a pleasure of life, so when you are not hope, you are like thirsty and you need to become a kind of hope like by for example knowing that our exponential progress that is so fast
will soon make us much more powerful and much more sophisticated and
it will bring a much greater pleasures of life, and of course
being not self-confident is like being thirsty, since you have to
become self-confident by becoming a beautiful creativity as i am
talking about below, so being not self-confident is like by logical analogy being thirsty and becoming a beautiful creativity is like
drinking water, but becoming a beautiful creativity can make you
self-confident for a long time, also i invite you to read my
following thoughts where i am talking about a process that
looks like the process of being thirsty and the drinking water that makes us more happy:

I think i am smart and i say that there is two ways of enhancing the
intelligence or such traits of humans, there is the way that i am
talking about below that needs huge data sets to detect the "patterns"
that explain human intelligence and such human traits and after that
make the changes in the genetics of humans, and there is the other way
by using Nanotechnology and nanorobots that enhance much more the
intelligence of a human by directly manipulating the brain or by putting
informations in the memory or erasing informations from the memory of
a human, so then when you erase informations like a good movie or like
interesting lessons of mathematics or such pleasures of life from the
memory of a human by using Nanotechnology, this allows to recreate again
or have again those pleasures of life, so then happiness will be
greatly enhanced by the way of Nanotechnology and nanorobots, and i
think it is also the way of the much more advanced extraterrestrials,
and i think that with our exponential progress we will be soon be able
to attain this level of sophistication of technology.

And read more here carefully my following thoughts about Nanotechnology and about Exponential Progress and about genetics so that to understand more my thoughts:

More of my philosophy about stoicism and about my own philosophy and more..

I think i am smart and i think i am a wise man, so i will explain
more my philosophy, so i invite you to look at the following video:

STOICISM | The Power Of Indifference (animated)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qRM5VRIO_TU&t=1s

So my philosophy is not like stoicism, since i think that stoicism
has a weakness since it is based on a negative energy like for example you have to be a kind of indifference and the like, so i think i am a philosopher and i think that my philosophy is different and i will explain it more:

I think my philosophy has to be based on a positive energy, and my
philosophy is not that you have to be complete peace, because it is
not pragmatic, so my philosophy finds in the reality the right mechanism
that has great weight of importance and that makes us positive energy that pushes us forward proactively in confronting the good "challenge" that is life, so i have first invented a proverb so that to show the
basis of my philosophy, read it below, and notice that my proverb of my philosophy is the positive energy that is in accordance with my master rule of my philosophy that says that life is a very "interesting" game, so here is my master rule of my philosophy of how to become optimism and happiness, and read after that my proverb of my philosophy:

"The game of life is a very interesting and challenging game that i want to play smartly. So it is a "good" challenge since the being very interesting of it makes it a "good" challenge that interests me a lot, so i have to play it smartly."

And here is my new proverb in french and english:

"When you walk towards a goal in life it's like you walk down a forest

Testicle or testis (plural testes) is the male reproductive gland or gonad in all animals, including humans. It is homologous to the female ovary. The functions of the testes are to produce both sperm and androgens, primarily testosterone. Testosterone release is controlled by the anterior pituitary luteinizing hormone, whereas sperm production is controlled both by the anterior pituitary follicle-stimulating hormone and gonadal testosterone.

Hammond organ
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Hammond organ is an electric organ invented by Laurens Hammond and John M. Hanert and first manufactured in 1935. Multiple models have been produced, most of which use sliding drawbars to vary sounds. Until 1975, Hammond organs generated sound by creating an electric current from rotating a metal tonewheel near an electromagnetic pickup, and then strengthening the signal with an amplifier to drive a speaker cabinet. The organ is commonly used with the Leslie speaker.

Around two million Hammond organs have been manufactured. The organ was originally marketed by the Hammond Organ Company to churches as a lower-cost alternative to the wind-driven pipe organ, or instead of a piano. It quickly became popular with professional jazz musicians in organ trios, small groups centered on the Hammond organ. Jazz club owners found that organ trios were cheaper than hiring a big band. Jimmy Smith's use of the Hammond B-3, with its additional harmonic percussion feature, inspired a generation of organ players, and its use became more widespread in the 1960s and 1970s in rhythm and blues, rock, reggae, and progressive rock.

In the 1970s, the Hammond Organ Company abandoned tonewheels and switched to integrated circuits. These organs were less popular, and the company went out of business in 1985. The Hammond name was purchased by the Suzuki Musical Instrument Corporation, which proceeded to manufacture digital simulations of the most popular tonewheel organs. This culminated in the production of the "New B-3" in 2002, a recreation of the original B-3 organ using digital technology. Hammond-Suzuki continues to manufacture a variety of organs for both professional players and churches. Companies such as Korg, Roland, and Clavia have achieved success in providing more lightweight and portable emulations of the original tonewheel organs. The sound of a tonewheel Hammond can be emulated using modern software such as Native Instruments B4.
