I am a white arab, and i think i am smart since i have also
invented many scalable algorithms and algorithms..
 
 
I think i am smart and as you are noticing below that my "master" rule and secret of how i am optimistic and how i am positive energy and how i am happy is the following:
 
"The game of life is a very interesting and challenging game that i want to play smartly. So it is a "good" challenge since the being very interesting of it makes it a "good" challenge that interests me a lot, so i have to play it smartly."
 
And after that i am going into more details by talking
about how to be hope etc. so read my previous thoughts so that to understand my kind of personality:
 
I think i am smart and i am like a super soldier, and i think i am
a wise type of person, and now i will talk about my secret of being
positive energy and my being optimistic and happy: The secret of my happiness is that i am like a super soldier, so when you look at
my poems of Love, my poems of Love looks like my personality, but
not only that but the secret of my happiness is that i am changing
my point of view, so when i see the imperfections of our world
and when i see violence or problems of our world, i am just saying and thinking that humans are not capable of being organized and disciplined correctly, since i am saying that humans are much less professionalism
or much less educated, so i am judging them like a technocrat, and i am also changing my way of thinking and changing my point of view and saying that human life or life is like a very interesting game, and this game of life is interesting and challenging game that i want to play smartly, so i become a positive energy and i become optimistic and much more happy, and i am expressing it in a form of my poems of Love and my way of thinking below, so read my below previous thoughts so that to understand my kind of personality.

I think i am smart, and as you are noticing that i have just explained
my kind of philosophy just below, but you have also to notice
that i am speaking about hope and the being optimistic, since
as you are noticing that so that to be optimistic you have to change
your way of thinking or your point of view, and it is not just living in imagination, i mean that you have to look at the exponential progress of our humanity like a "good" challenge, and i mean that you have to know how to be organized and disciplined by using the tools of this exponential progress and this a very important thing, and i am talking about it in many of my poems below that are abstracting my way of doing, so we have to be in accordance about something, that you can look at human life and be pessimistic, but i don't think that it is the right way of
doing of a wise type of person like me, since i think that life is
like a very "interesting" game and this game of life you have to look at it like a good challenge, since it is a good challenge,
so you have to know how to abstract it in this way, and this is how i am doing it so that to be optimistic and be a positive energy, and i am also saying below something important that permits you to be happy and it is that you have also to know how to use your "imagination" by like knowing how to live in a nice fantasy world, like by reading my poems of Love that "minimize" at best human imperfections and imperfections.

I think i am smart and i think i am a wise type of person,
and i think i am a philosopher, and now i will talk about
an important subject and it is:
 
How can you be happy ?
 
I will say that happiness comes from pleasures of life
like eating and swimming etc. but they are not sufficient
since life contains imperfections and human imperfections,
so when you swim you are also in contact with imperfections of humans or such imperfections and when you see a movie you are also in contact with imperfections of humans inside the movie, so when you are "realistic", that means you are in contact with your mind with imperfections of reality, and this can make you sad, so what you have to do is use your "imagination" by like knowing how to live in a nice fantasy world, like by reading my poems of Love that "minimizes" at best human imperfections
and imperfections, also this is not sufficient, since you have to be "hope", and so that to be hope you have to consider life as a good challenge, i mean that you can be optimistic and you can be hope by knowing that our humanity is progressing with a so fast exponential progress, so then soon we are going to be much much more powerful and much much more sophisticated, so you have to take this exponential progress like a good challenge and be much more optimistic and be hope.
 
And here is my proverb that explain more this way of mine of minimizing at best those human imperfections:
 
"Dignity also comes from the fact that you have in your relations
with humans to know how to abstract the bad things, since when you are
too realistic you risk to render human life ugly, so if for example we talk too much about the bad things such as violence etc. of Africa or such, we Risk to render our human lives too much violent and/or ugly, so you have to know how to minimize at best those bad things or bad talking etc. so that to make our world a much more beautiful world."

are organizing capitalism, and we say in french: Je pense que c'est un problème organisationnel , and that means that i think that the problem
is an organizational problem, and you can quickly notice it in
how you can notice by talking to people how they are much less organised as society or as the world, and look for example at Covid-19, do you remember how our humanity was much less organized to fight correctly viruses such as the virus of Covid-19? so i think that the problem comes from the fact that we are much less organized, and this much less organized is causing a big problem to capitalism, since there is a french proverb that says: "Science sans conscience n'est que ruine de l'âme.", that means in english: "Science without conscience is the death of the soul." and it also means that being "capitalism" or "science" without being correctly organised or being the right dose of wisdom can cause big problems, and this is why you are noticing that i am inventing poems

I think i am a wise type of person, and i think there is something that is happening in our modern world, and it is that capitalism is constructing a new kind of spirit or a new type of man, and what look like this new spirit or new type of man of capitalism? so it is high performance of capitalism and it is violent competition of capitalism
that makes us much more egoistic and it is making us much more violent and much more extremist, so is it our human nature?, so then is our human nature much more violent ? i think that the better way to look at it is that i believe that the "ideas" are also powerful, and they can construct a new type of man, so we have to know how to put the new powerful ideas into the minds of humans so that to make them much more organized and much more civilized, so this is why i am talking as i am talking, and this is why i am inventing my thoughts of my philosophy and this is why i am inventing poems of Love, it is my way of making humans much more civilized and organized. And here is what i have just said about the true power of the ideas so that you understand my point of view:

An Overview of Epididymal Hypertension (Blue Balls)
 
illions of teenage boys and young men are not delusional: Prolonged sexual arousal without orgasm can lead to pain in the testicles. The condition—known colloquially as blue balls—is common in newly pubescent boys but can also affect males who withhold ejaculation or experience delayed (impaired) ejaculation.
 
What Is Blue Balls?
Blue balls is slang for a condition sometimes referred to as epididymal hypertension. Epididymal hypertension is not a diagnosis per se, but rather another term used to characterize pain in the scrotum associated with prolonged sexual arousal without ejaculation.1
 
Doctors will more often use the term "acute scrotal pain" given that there are many possible causes for pain in the scrotum, testicles, epididymis (the tubes behind the testes that transport sperm), and spermatic cord.
 
Though neither blue balls nor epididymal hypertension are commonly used terms in medical practice, they suggest a non-pathogenic condition associated with sexual arousal. If anything, the terms act as a placeholder until the doctor investigates other possible causes and ensures that a more serious condition is not involved.
 
Symptoms of Blue Balls
The symptoms of blue balls can be best described as an aching pain that occurs when prolonged sexual arousal is not concluded by ejaculation. The pain is often dull but can sometimes be sharp and extend into the lower abdomen and groin. There may also be a sensation of fullness in one or both testicles (although usually without any overt swelling).
 
Blue balls may be differentiated from other types of acute scrotal pain in that the discomfort doesn't prevent sex.3 By contrast, scrotal pain caused by trauma will often interfere with the ability to have sex.
 
Despite its name, blue balls doesn't cause the scrotum or testicles to turn blue. If bluish or purplish discoloration occurs with acute pain and swelling, this may be a sign of a medical emergency known as testicular torsion.
 
Scrotal pain that is chronic or occurs independently of sex should not be attributed to blue balls.
 
What Causes Blue Balls?
Blue balls is thought to be caused by the excessive accumulation of fluid in the epididymis during prolonged arousal. Without ejaculation, the "back up" of fluid can cause the epididymis to expand, causing discomfort or pain.
 
Blue balls may be also the consequence of delayed ejaculation (an extended lag between sexual arousal and climax)5 or semen retention (intentionally avoiding ejaculation).
 
Because the symptoms are non-specific, doctors investigating blue balls will almost always investigate other possible causes of acute scrotal pain. These include:
 
Epididymitis
Inguinal hernia
Nerve entrapment in the spermatic cord
Testicular hematoma
Testicular torsion
Urethral stone
 
How to Relieve Blue Balls
If you truly have blue balls, the symptoms will typically resolve on their own. If you can't tolerate the discomfort, there are a few remedies that may help:
 
Over-the-counter analgesics like Tylenol (acetaminophen) can help relieve pain. Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) like Advil (ibuprofen) may also help reduce inflammation and epididymal swelling.2
Exercise, especially strength training, is advocated by some. The idea is that exercise diverts blood to major muscle groups instead of the genitalia.7
Cold showers have been recommended for generations to temper sexual arousal. The cold may also reduce swelling, much as it does with injuries. A cold compress applied to the testicles may be a more practical approach.
 
Masturbation has long been another homespun remedy, and it's also a strategy endorsed in some journal articles.1 Despite this, most doctors would consider it awkward and inappropriate to recommend masturbation as a treatment for any medical condition.
 
People with blue balls should never pressure their partners to engage in any sexual activity without full consent or engage in any form of coercion.

Pepper Steak Stir Fry Recipe
 
This pepper steak stir fry is thinly sliced flank steak cooked with red and green bell peppers in a savory sauce. A quick and easy meal that tastes even better than take out!
 
INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon vegetable oil divided use
1 red bell pepper cored, seeded and cut into strips
1 green bell pepper cored, seeded and cut into strips
1 1/4 pounds flank steak thinly sliced
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon minced ginger
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
 
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat 1 teaspoon of the vegetable oil over medium high heat in a large pan.
Add the peppers and cook for 3-4 minutes or until just tender. Remove the peppers from the pan and place on a plate.
Add the remaining oil to the pan. Season the flank steak with salt and pepper to taste.
Increase heat to high. Add the steak to the pan and cook for 5-6 minutes or until lightly browned.
Add the garlic and ginger, then cook for 30 seconds.
Place the peppers back in the pan with the steak.
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sugar, 1/4 cup water and cornstarch.
Pour the sauce over the steak mixture and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until sauce has just thickened, then serve.

I think i am smart, and as you are noticing that i have just explained
my kind of philosophy just below, but you have also to notice
that i am speaking about hope and the being optimistic, since
as you are noticing that so that to be optimistic you have to change
your way of thinking or your point of view, and it is not just living in imagination, i mean that you have to look at the exponential progress of our humanity like a "good" challenge, and i mean that you have to know how to be organized and disciplined by using the tools of this exponential progress and this a very important thing, and i am talking about it in many of poems below that are abstracting my way of doing, so we have to be in accordance about something, that you can look at human life and be pessimistic, but i don't think that it is the right way of
doing of a wise type of person like me, since i think that life is
like a very "interesting" game and this game of life you have to look at it like a good challenge, since it is a good challenge,
so you have to know how to abstract it in this way, and this is how i am doing it so that to be optimistic and be a positive energy, and i am also saying below something important that permits you to be happy and it is that you have also to know how to use your "imagination" by like knowing how to live in a nice fantasy world, like by reading my poems of Love that "minimize" at best human imperfections and imperfections.

and imperfections, also this is not sufficient, since you have to be "hope", and so that to be hope you have to consider life as a good challenge, i mean that you can be optimistic and you can be hope by knowing that our humanity is progressing with a so fast exponential progress, so then soon we are going to be much much more powerful and much much more sophisticated, so you have to take this exponential progress like a good challenge and be much more optimistic and be hope.

Many different things can qualify as testicle play — you can use your mouth, hands, toys, and more to play with testicles. That's why Stubbs says what counts as play is going to depend on the person with the testicles and what they enjoy.
 
In fact, because some folks purposefully seek out pain in their sex life, Stubbs says testicle play can't even be specifically defined as something that's only pleasurable. "Some people enjoy cock and ball torture, a ton of pressure, and even sensations that might be described as painful," she says.
 
"Intent and communication matters here," she says. Meaning, if the intent of the touch, lick, grab, etc. is sexual, consensual, clearly communicated, and ultimately intended to arouse, it can be considered testicle play.
 
(That said, "An erection isn't necessary for testicle play to be pleasurable," according to Stubbs. Good to know.)
 
She adds that typically, testicle play usually involves no surprise… at all. "Unless surprise is part of you and your partners precommunicated sexual play, if your partner's testicles are touched when they aren't expecting it, that touch [may] not feel good."
 
And while some folks enjoy testicle touch, others may not enjoy any at all — some people actually find having their testicles touched to be ticklish or downright annoying, says Stubbs.
 
"Just as some folks with vulvas enjoy penetration while others do not, and some enjoy direct clitoral stimulation while others find it painful, people with testicles fall everywhere on the not-enjoyable to enjoyable spectrum," she says. And you won't know if that's true for your partner unless you communicate — or, if you partner doesn't know what they enjoy: communicate and experiment.
 
So, in addition to getting consent from your partner, communicating is key for pleasurable testicle play.
 
2. Take your rings off!
Hand care is required for careful handling. So, before you get started, take off your rings — especially the clunky ones — and deal with any hangnails.
 
You might consider cutting, trimming, and shaping your nails so that the sharp edges can't accidentally snag and cut the delicate skin, says Dr. Goldstein. Yeah, ouch!
 
3. Experiment with different techniques
Getting handsy with your S.O.'s balls can be THE sex act, or it can be a great addition to another sex act such as penetrative, oral, or manual sex — again, so long as you and your partner have clearly talked about it.
 
Stubbs recommends using hands to try different sensations:
 
gently pulling
squeezing carefully
stroking at a downward angle
rolling them in your hands like dice
tapping a rhythm with your fingers
For each of these, finding the pressure your partner enjoys is key. Too light, and your partner may find it (un-pleasurably) ticklish. Too hard, and your partner may find it painful.
 
Keep in mind: What may be enjoyable for one person, may not be enjoyable to another. Basically, "Testicles are like snowflakes! No two are alike!" Stubbs says.
 
So, to get a sense of how much pressure your partner enjoys, Stubbs recommends asking your partner to show you what they enjoy and can handle. Start by putting your hands on their testicles and having your partner place their hand over yours, applying pressure until it stops feeling good for them.
 
4. If you're using your hand, add lube
"Having a slicker, wetter sensation on the balls help reduce friction and add to the sensations your partner is experiencing," says Stubbs. And saliva is quick to dry, she adds.
 
That's where lube comes in. "Adding lube will help make the skin-on-skin contact feel better and less sticky," she says. Plus, having lube will make the transition from ball play to hand job, well…. smoother.

7. Add toys!

Many women claim that douching makes them feel cleaner, eliminates embarrassing odor and protects them against infection. But they may be doing harm to themselves along the way.
 
"Douching is not advised because the vagina is a self-cleaning organ," says nurse practitioner Molly Gumucio, CNP. "When you try to cleanse it yourself by using a douche, you actually flush out the normal, healthy microbes as well as temporarily change the pH, which changes the acidic vs. basic nature of the vagina."
 
Additionally, all douche formulations — save for the pure saline varieties — contain ingredients that could trigger an adverse or allergic reaction.
 
The term, douche, which means "to wash" or "to shower" in French, refers to cleansing the vagina using a solution of water mixed with another fluid — often vinegar, baking soda or some sort of perfume.
 
Rather than providing protection, douching sets up an environment that makes it easier for infections to develop. Douching can also lead to health problems like pelvic inflammatory disease and vaginal irritation too. Additionally, all douche formulations — except for the pure saline varieties — contain ingredients that could trigger an adverse or allergic reaction. Ouch!
 
The odor dilemma
"Vaginal odor can be a big concern for some, but it's actually normal to have some odor," Gumucio says. "It's also normal to have the odor change in nature and intensity throughout your menstrual cycle."
 
It's possible to notice more odor after making a change in diet, such as eating more garlic, tuna or if you just started to take dietary supplements. Once you stop consuming the food or other products, the odor usually goes away.
 
Washing the outside area — the vulva — with deodorant soap can decrease the natural odor, but it may also dry out the sensitive tissue, so use those products with caution. Wash your vulva only with water, especially if you're experiencing dryness, itching or burning.
 
How to tell when an odor represents a red flag
Some odors may occur due to a health issue. "If you smell a persistent and foul odor, or if any odor is accompanied by a thick or greenish discharge, you may have an infection," says Gumucio. "If you have pain, rawness or sores in your vaginal area, it's time to consult your doctor."
 
These odors and accompanying symptoms can arise due to a serious infection like gonorrhea, trichomoniasis, or chlamydia.
 
But, most commonly, the cause isn't an infection at all.
 
Bacterial vaginosis, an imbalance of the various kinds of bacteria found in the vagina, can cause discomfort and odor as well. If you have this problem, your doctor will prescribe an antibiotic, which selectively affects only the anaerobic bacteria (bacteria that live without oxygen) and leaves the healthy bacteria intact.
 
Yeast vaginitis is what most people refer to as a yeast infection, but really occurs because of a bacterial imbalance that allows the yeast to flourish. Your doctor will prescribe one of several medications to treat the abundance of yeast and put the natural balance back in place.
 
Foreign objects like a tampon, condom or toilet paper can sometimes get stuck in your vagina and cause odor or discharge. To remove it on your own, relax your pelvic muscles and try to gently grasp the object. If you don't have luck removing it on your own, don't panic. A healthcare provider will be able to remove it for you.
 
"If you're young and haven't started your periods, yet have an odor, consult with your doctor first before attempting to treat it with an over-the-counter remedy," Gumucio says.
 
Lack of estrogen can be the cause if you're past menopause and are experiencing vaginal odor. Your doctor will be able to give you an accurate diagnosis and discuss treatment options.​​
 
The big takeaway
Your vagina cleans itself, so avoid using a douche, which may actually harm vaginal health. See your Ob/Gyn annually for your well-woman visit and in between visits if you have any pressing concerns.

Coming out as LGBTQ - advice for adults
 
What is 'coming out'?
Telling people about your sexual orientation or gender identity is often called 'coming out'. Coming out is not necessarily a one-off event – lesbian, gay bi, trans, queer, questioning and ace (LGBTQ+) people often have to come out many times during our lives. It's also something unique to you – people face different challenges when coming out.
 
There is no 'right' way to come out. Some people prefer to tell everybody at once, for example by posting on social media. Others move more slowly, sharing the news with one person or group at a time. You might feel comfortable being open about your sexual orientation and gender identity only with certain groups, or you might decide that you don't want to be 'out' in every context. That's OK too. Coming out is also only a part of your LGBTQ+ journey, and while it may be an important one for many people, it doesn't define who you are, or the ways in which you love and accept yourself.
 
Coming out can be difficult and takes courage. Some people will welcome the news immediately. Others might have a less positive response or take longer to adapt. It's important to think about how you want to tell people and how the conversation might go with various people in your life. Even though coming out can be a challenge, it can also be incredibly liberating. Many people see it as the first step to living authentically as themselves.
 
Why come out?
Whether you've come to terms with your sexual orientation or gender identity, or you're still thinking about it, it can be difficult dealing with that on your own. You may get to a point where you need to talk about it with someone – either to get support or simply to get it off your chest. Hiding who you are from others often means lying and pretending, and that becomes exhausting after a while. It can take your focus and energy away from other important things in your life.
 
You might also want to come out because you think the experience will be exciting and liberating. You might want to introduce people to your partner, look for a new relationship, or simply connect with the LGBTQ+ community and other people who have the same sexual orientation or gender identity as you.
 
Don't feel under pressure to come out, whether that pressure's coming from yourself or others. Take your time and trust your feelings – only you will know when you are comfortable and ready to go ahead. If you decide not to come out, that's OK too – your sexuality or gender identity are still completely valid.
 
If you are ready to come out, know that there is no right or wrong time to do it. You also don't need to find a specific reason – if you want to come out, that's reason enough!

Coming out is a very personal process, but we've compiled a list of helpful phrases that could help get you started when having this conversation with loved ones or colleagues.
 
'I've been thinking about my sexuality a lot recently and have realised that I'm gay. It would mean a lot if you could tell me that you still love and accept me.'
 
'You're important to me, so I want to share with you that I'm pansexual. This means I'm attracted to people regardless of their gender.'
 
'Could we please have a conversation about my gender identity? I think I'm trans and would really appreciate your support with this journey.'
 
'I've realised that I don't feel attraction to others. I want to share with you that I'm ace.'
 
If you decide you want to come out, but you're unsure how others might react, you could consider contacting a support group first. There are helplines, community groups and agencies across the country who are there to support you, for example:

What will my friends say?
They might be surprised, have lots of questions, not know what to say, or may have even guessed already. It's a good idea to start by choosing a friend you trust and who you think will be supportive.
 
Think about how you'll answer any questions like, 'how do you know?' or 'how can I support you?'. You can also decide whether you want to tell them in person (whether that's in public or private), over the phone, or via a letter or message.
 
If a friend reacts badly, remember they might just need some time to absorb what you've told them. Although you can't predict what people will say or do, when you tell a close friend that you trust, the chances are they'll feel privileged you felt able to share something so personal with them.
 
How do I tell my family?
Lots of people worry about how their family will react when they come out. It's worth acknowledging that coming out could be a bit of a surprise to them – while you've probably had a long time to get used to your identity, your family will be hearing the news for the first time.
 
Try to tell them at a time when you will be able to talk things through properly. Coming out when you're arguing or angry isn't a good idea. Some people tell their family face to face, while others prefer to write a letter or send an email. Your family might be shocked, worried, or find it difficult to accept at first. If you're upset by their reaction, it's OK to end the conversation until they've had more time to process the news. Remember that their first reaction isn't necessarily how they'll feel forever.
 
Coming out at work
LGBTQ+ people perform better at work when we can be ourselves and feel valued for who we are. This means it's in your employer's best interests to support you to be open and honest at work. Some employers have staff networks which you can join for support and to meet other LGBTQ+ people. If there's no network at your workplace, share your news with a trusted colleague or your manager. Or, if you're feeling brave, set up a network yourself. It's likely you're not the only LGBTQ+ person at work.
 
It's also worth checking if your employer is a Stonewall Diversity Champion. We work with workplaces across the UK, and globally, to improve the experiences of LGBTQ+ employees.
 
If you experience a negative reaction after coming out at work, there are legal protections on your side. The Equality Act 2010 bans discrimination and harassment on the grounds of sexual orientation and gender reassignment (gender identity) in employment and vocational training. This includes direct and indirect discrimination, harassment, and victimisation, and you are protected throughout the entire employment relationship, from recruitment to dismissal. Discrimination applies to terms and conditions, pay, promotions, transfers, training and dismissal. You can read more about this on the Discrimination at Work webpage.
 
Specific support with coming out as bi
Coming out as bi, or as an identity which sits as part of the bi umbrella such as pan or queer, can be different to coming out as lesbian or gay, with its own obstacles. People might say that being bi is a 'phase' or that you're 'really' lesbian or gay but haven't accepted it.
 
This can lead to the feeling that your identity isn't as 'valid' as others – but of course, this isn't true. Being bi is a valid identity in and of itself, and at Stonewall we work to support bi people as much as those with other sexual orientations. Your bi sexuality is just as real if you've only had sexual or romantic relations with people of one gender, or if the majority of your attraction is to one gender.
 
Even if you do later identify as lesbian or gay, this is a decision for you to make when the time is right for you. No one else gets to determine what your sexual orientation is, at any point in your life.

Specific support with coming out as ace
Coming out as ace, or as an identity which sits as part of the ace umbrella, such as demisexual or greysexual, can come with different obstacles to coming out as gay, lesbian and bi, due to the attached stigma, and a lack of widespread understanding and knowledge. You may have to deal with people telling you that this is not 'normal' or that you have a mental illness – this can be difficult to go through but remember that your experience is personal to you and completely valid.
 
To help family members, friends, or colleagues better understand the ace and aro spectrum, you could direct them to this helpful page on how to be a good ally. You can also hear directly from some ace and aro people here.
 
Specific support with coming out as trans
Coming out as trans, or as an identity which sits as part of the trans umbrella such as non-binary or genderqueer, is different to coming out as lesbian, gay, or bi. For one thing, you may want to ask people to use a different name or pronouns when they speak to you. Whether or not you want to transition medically, you may be asked questions about hormones and surgery.
 
As with all of these conversations, it's a good idea to reassure people that you've given this a lot of thought. Give them time to process your news, and let them know how to best support you – are there books they should read, podcasts they should listen to, or films they should watch? Our article The Truth about Trans might be a good starting point if they're feeling unsure about what it means to be trans.
 
It's OK not to answer every question you're asked about your transition and what it might involve. But you might want to think about which questions you're happy to answer (this may vary depending on who you're talking to) and how much detail you want to go into.
 
What do I do if I feel unsafe?
If your safety is compromised after you've come out – if you have been evicted from your home or feel threatened by the people that you live with – there are LGBTQ-specific support services and shelters that you can contact. They will be there for you and do their best to help you however they can.

Why does it hurt when I pee?
 
Using the bathroom should be simple and pain-free. So when urination comes with burning, stinging or another kind of pain or discomfort, it's a pretty clear sign that something isn't right.
 
Technically called dysuria, painful urination could be a sign of a number of different infections, some of which require treatment.
 
Here are a few things that could be causing pain during urination and how to ease or end it.
 
Urinary tract infection
 
Anyone can get a urinary tract infection (UTI), but this infection is more common in women. The infection occurs when bacteria make their way into the urethra and into your bladder. The bacterial overgrowth makes urine acidic, so when it comes out of the urethra, you'll get a burning sensation.
 
In addition to painful peeing, UTIs can cause symptoms such as a frequent and strong urge to pee.
 
Studies have shown that drinking 1.5 liters of water at the onset of UTI symptoms can eradicate the infection. If increased water intake doesn't help, antibiotics may be needed.
 
Yeast infection
 
The burning sensation you're experiencing could also be the result of a yeast infection, which happens when there's an overgrowth of yeast in the vaginal area. One way to tell if you have a yeast infection – as opposed to another type of infection – is that you'll notice a thick, white discharge. Over-the-counter medications are easily available to treat yeast infection, but it's always best to discuss your symptoms with a medical provider.
 
Sexually transmitted infections
 
Some sexually transmitted infections (STIs) can also cause painful urination. Chlamydia, gonorrhea, trichomoniasis and genital herpes can make it hurt to urinate. Other signs that you might have an STI include itchiness, changes to your vaginal discharge and, in the case of herpes, blisters or sores on your vagina or vulva.
 
In-office or at-home STI tests can help identify the cause of your symptoms. Treatment depends on the specific infection, but your health care provider can help you figure out the right option for you.
 
Cystitis
 
Cystitis, or an inflammation of the bladder, can be caused by a wide range of causes. However, in many cases, cystitis is caused by a bacterial infection.
 
Many irritants can upset the bladder lining and lead to inflammation – and, ultimately, pain while peeing. Cystitis can occur secondary to infection but can also occur after radiation to the pelvis or from an inflammatory condition called interstitial cystitis (otherwise known as bladder pain syndrome). Interstitial cystitis is characterized by bladder pain that goes away when you urinate. People with interstitial cystitis also have urinary frequency, urgency, chronic pelvic pain and pain during intercourse.

and imperfections, also this is not sufficient, since you have to be "hope", and so that to be hope you have to consider life as a good challenge, i mean that you can be optimistic and you can be hope by knowing that our humanity is progressing with a so fast exponential progress, so then soon we are going to be much much more powerful and much much more sophisticated, so you have to take this exponential progress like a good challenge and be much more optimistic and be hope.

I think i am smart, and i will explain my second architectural idea
of my poem of Love, and it is that look carefully at how i am saying:

So you have to read it symbolically, since in poem of Love you can also use "symbolism", and it is in my new poem of Love that beautiful light is also composed of the beautiful night, and it symbolically means that in our way of learning we have also to learn from our mistakes
and problems, such as learning from the mistakes or problems of
world war II, so the light can not come just from the good things,
since the symbolic in my poem is that the beautiful light is also the the beautiful night that permits us to learn correctly,

If you want to give it a go, try the following:
– Start by turning down the lights and shutting out the rest of the world.
 
– Loosen your body: Tantra is about moving energy through the body, so sex expert Louise Van Der Velde suggests "shaking your limbs vigorously to energise and unblock your system before you start".
 
– Stay off the bed: This will trigger the sleep button in your brain, which, according to Louise AKA The Pleasure Professor, "means you'll be settling for a quickie romp instead of deep connection and loving sex, which is ultimately what Tantra is all about."
 
– Get comfortable: Try lying down with your partner on the floor and slowly start to touch each other, taking your time to leisurely make your way around their body.
 
– Experiment: Try a variety of touches – firm massage, light feathery touches, and gentle stroking. The aim here is to heighten his senses in a slow and intense way so that you're building him to a peak but not taking him all the way and vice versa. Performed in the right way this can prolong sex and your pleasure for hours.
 
– Think about breathing: If you find your mind starts to wander, re-focus on your breathing. Inhale as your partner exhales and vice versa – it can help improve the connection between the two of you and keep your mind on what's happening.

Apparently the clit turns you on, so where is it? I've seen pictures and read things but can never actually find it. Do I even have one?

9 Things That Should Never Go In Your Butt

The skin around your rectum is super delicate and subject to inflammation, and can't be regarded as some rough-and-tumble John Wayne of orifices. You've got to treat it right, in all arenas of your life — sexually, medically, and recreationally.
 
Here are nine substances and objects never to put in or near your butt, to make sure you keep your backdoor safe and happy.
 
1. A Colonic
Getting a colonic involves flushing the colon through the butt with warm water, with the implication being that doing so can clean out excess waste, help you lose weight, or give you a "glow." These purported benefits, however, have been roundly debunked. It's an unnecessary procedure that may clean out useful bacterial flora in the colon, and exposes you to risks like perforated bowels and infections from improperly cleaned colonic tubes. It's not considered safe to have your colon flushed, per experts at Cedars-Sinai Hospital; it should only be done under extreme medical circumstances in emergencies. (Colonics are distinct from enemas, which just flush out the lower bowel through an injection of fluid or gas, and are thought to be much safer. Easier hygiene. Circumcision makes it simpler to wash the penis. However, boys with uncircumcised penises can be taught to wash regularly beneath the foreskin.
 
Decreased risk of urinary tract infections. The risk of urinary tract infections in males is low, but these infections are more common in uncircumcised males. Severe infections early in life can lead to kidney problems later.
 
Decreased risk of sexually transmitted infections. Circumcised men might have a lower risk of certain sexually transmitted infections, including HIV. Still, safe sexual practices remain essential.
 
Prevention of penile problems. Occasionally, the foreskin on an uncircumcised penis can be difficult or impossible to retract (phimosis). This can lead to inflammation of the foreskin or head of the penis.
 
Decreased risk of penile cancer. Although cancer of the penis is rare, it's less common in circumcised men. In addition, cervical cancer is less common in the female sexual partners of circumcised men.
 
The risks of not being circumcised, however, are not only rare, but avoidable with proper care of the penis.
 
Circumcision might not be an option if certain blood-clotting disorders are present. Also, circumcision might not be appropriate for premature babies who still require medical care in the hospital nursery or for babies born with abnormalities of the penis.
 
Circumcision doesn't affect fertility, nor is circumcision generally thought to enhance or detract from sexual pleasure for men or their partners.
 
Risks
The most common complications associated with circumcision are bleeding and infection. Side effects related to anesthesia are possible as well.
 
Rarely, circumcision might result in foreskin problems. For example:
 
The foreskin might be cut too short or too long
The foreskin might fail to heal properly
The remaining foreskin might reattach to the end of the penis, requiring minor surgical repair
 
How you prepare
Before circumcision, the doctor will explain the risks and benefits of the procedure. Whether you're planning to have your son circumcised or you're pursuing circumcision for yourself, you'll likely need to provide written consent for the procedure.
 
What you can expect
During the procedure
Newborn circumcision is often done in the hospital nursery, usually within 10 days after birth.
 
For newborn circumcision, your son will lie on his back with his arms and legs restrained. After the penis and surrounding area are cleansed, an anesthetic will be injected into the base of the penis or applied to the penis as a cream. A special clamp or plastic ring will be attached to the penis, and the foreskin will be removed.
 
Afterward, the penis will be covered with an ointment, such as a topical antibiotic or petroleum jelly, and wrapped loosely with gauze. The procedure generally takes about 10 minutes.
 
Circumcision is similar for older boys and adults. However, the procedure might need to be done under general anesthesia, recovery might take longer and the risk of complications might be greater when done later in life.
 
After the procedure
It usually takes seven to 10 days for the penis to heal. The tip of the penis is likely to be sore at first, and the penis might look red, swollen or bruised. You might notice a small amount of yellow fluid on the tip of the penis as well.
 
If your newborn is fussy as the anesthetic wears off, hold him gently — being careful to avoid putting pressure on the penis.
 
It's OK to wash the penis as it heals. For newborns, change the bandage with each diaper change, and apply a dab of petroleum jelly to the tip of the penis to keep it from sticking to the diaper. Change your baby's diaper often, and make sure the diaper is loosely fastened.
 
If there's a plastic ring instead of a bandage, it will drop off on its own — usually within about a week. Once the penis heals, wash it with soap and water during normal bathing.
 
Problems after circumcision are uncommon. Contact the doctor if:
 
Normal urination doesn't resume within 12 hours of the circumcision
There's persistent bleeding
There's foul-smelling drainage from the tip of the penis
The plastic ring remains in place two weeks after the circumcision

What Every Woman Should Know About Her G-Spot
 
Can you imagine a study to determine whether or not a part of your body actually exists? HOW TO INSERT AND REMOVE A BUTT PLUG
 
Though many of the aspects of the process for inserting and removing a butt plug can be gleaned from our article that explains how a butt plug feels, it is important that we also offer a concise and detailed guide on this particular element of plug play. I also recommend taking a look at our butt plug guide if you haven't yet.
 
STARTING OFF
 
Once you have done some pre-stretching of your anus with your fingers and feel ready you can start to insert the plug. Make sure both your anus and the plug are well-lubricated and start to insert it slowly. Also make sure you are using the appropriate type of lubricant for your plug, depending on the type of material it is made of.
 
A LITTLE WHILE LATER...
 
When the tip of the plug reaches the sphincter muscles, about 4 cm inside the rectum, push in slowly, while trying to consciously relax the muscles.
 
The sphincter usually clenches and releases without our conscious knowledge, and sometimes may refuse to cooperate even when we are focusing on making it do what we want. If this happens, it's probably due to anxiety, but you should keep at it and relax.
 
Once your sphincter is relaxed, the tip of the plug will go through, but you still may experience difficulties with your sphincter clenching up on its own once the wider portion of the plug starts to pass through.
 
If this happens you should stop pushing and keep the plug in place until the sphincter relaxes, and then start pushing again. Do this as many times as it takes for the plug to go all the way in.
 
REMOVING THE PLUG
 
When you are ready to remove the plug, grab the stem of the plug and start pulling gently. The catch with pulling a plug out is that, as opposed to putting it in, you must pull out the widest part first.
 
This is a slow and delicate procedure.The problem is, by the time you want to pull it out, the sphincter will already have clenched around the narrow part right after the stem and will be reluctant to let go of it. It is vital that you do not try to simply yank it out with brute force.
 
Your hand and your sphincter must work in coordination in order to pull the plug out in the safest possible manner.
 
So when pulling the plug out, you should first try to push with your sphincter as if you were having a bowel movement, and pull the plug using the stem with your hand at the same time.
 
At first, it will seem as though nothing is moving, but if you keep gently pulling on the plug with your hand while pulling with your sphincter, soon enough it will start to slowly move out.
 
NEARLY THERE
 
Once the widest part of the plug is out, the rest is pretty easy. That being said, you shouldn't pull it out too fast, as (depending on the material, and how long you left it in for) the friction may cause some pain and a few tears in the walls of your rectum.
 
This guide also applies to tail butt plugs - as well as all other types of butt plugs
 
Once the plug is safely out, you are done (but don't forget to clean your plug right after!).
