How would you create constructors for all possible combinations of
those three possible parameters? (As those values may share the same
type, they can't be distinguished by type.)

You can make special wrapper classes that pass references of actual
arguments. Modern compilers will optimize it out. However that will
still mean that you will have 15 constructors to have all combinations
in all orders.

I already wrote that the 'BOOST_PARAMETER_CONSTRUCTOR' macro does make
a generic one. It bundles ArgumentPack object from tagged references
to actual arguments. it is perhaps close to best that we can do.
Unfortunately the declarations of Boost.Parameter do confuse people
and tools in practice.

Actually that '{ .a = 10, .c = 30 }' (A) is better syntax than
'{ 10, 2, 30 }' (B). About bigger verbosity I don't care, monitors are
very good and big lately.
If it was up to me I would consider introducing (A) into C++ and
deprecate that (B) in both C and C++. *However* that is not up to me.
So I use what C++ has, positional initializers and positional
arguments.

Using '{ .a = 10, .c = 30 }' exposes the private members of the class,
and is a violation of encapsulation. Additionally, the parameter values
are not validated, creating a potentially invalid object.

That's why we have constructors. They hide private members and validate
the values to ensure the object is properly constructed, or, if it is
impossible to construct a valid object at this time, the constructor can
mark the object as invalid until it has been made valid.

That is true, but there already are initialisation rules that only apply
to PODs. The most common use case for designated initialisers would be
to initialise structs originating from C headers.

God did not put the disease there. Sin did. It was the original sin of
Adam and Eve that has caused /ALL/ of the issues we have in this world
today. And it is God Himself who has made the way out (the cure).

We are not only these lives here upon this Earth. In fact, these lives
are but a tick of the clock. Eternity goes on and on and on.

What we are going through here is heinous. It is the nature of sin,
which is why God created a special place to lock it away from the rest
of His creation for all time ... the place called Hell. There, those
who practice lawlessness, who are disobedient against truth, who seek
to operate by their own rules, they will be cut off forever, tormented
day and night in the lake of fire that never ends.

And for all people, all human beings, every person world-wide who has
ever been born, Jesus Christ has come to this Earth and made a way to
be set free from that end by paying the price of your sin Himself.

When Jesus takes our sin away, we are then alive again in eternity. We
are born again. We have a spirit that is ours, and it enables us to
then be away of those things we could not be aware of previously.

It's why everybody on the entire planet needs Jesus Christ. But most
will not come to Him because He is truth, and He is light, and they want
falseness, and they want darkness, because the deeds they do are evil,
and they will not turn away from them.

Not many people will be saved. This world is fallen in sin because of
what Adam did, and because of how Satan tricked Adam, and tricked 1/3rd
of the angels, to go with him and his deceiving self. But their end is
already accounted for. They lost their place in Heaven. They are bound
today in chains (their physical body). They can only come out and affect
this world spiritually, which is why we can't see them, but we can only
see the result of their evil spirit actions upon sinful men.

Jesus sets men free from the deception, and He gives all who come to Him
eternal life. All sin is forgiven. And the life lived for Him upon this
world then begins.

And to make the point perfectly clear, the only reason God has not already
put a complete and total end to sin here upon this Earth is because He has
a six-day plan of creation, which is also a six-thousand year plan of our
life here upon this Earth. He is not willing that any should perish, but
that all would come to repentance, and He is restraining His return because
there are still those who will be saved.

Every life is precious to God. It's why He made a way out and GAVE IT
to everybody free of charge. All you have to do is come to Him and ASK
to be forgiven. And you will be.

No exceptions. No exemptions. No people are prevented. No matter what
sin you've committed, no matter how many sins you've committed, no matter
how many times you've committed those sins, all of it will be forgiven by
Jesus Christ ... because YOU HAVE THAT MUCH VALUE to Him. Your eternal
soul, made by His hand, is precious and He is willing to take away your
guilt and shame, placing it upon Himself, paying the price for your sin
so that you don't have to, so that you can be set free from the deceiving
enemy, Satan, who is THE CAUSE of all of the suffering in the world.

Because of sin we will go through hard things in this world. But we have
hope because just ahead of us is the return of our Lord and Savior, and
He then will put an end to all of Satan's evil, all of sin, and He will
return to live and reign with us for a thousand years and there will be
no more death, no pain, no heat of day, no thirst, no hunger, because
THE LIFE will be here with us.

And if we die before He returns, then we are hastened into His presence,
arriving before that day, for the Bible says, "To be absent from the body
is to be present with the Lord," which is both a good thing for the
believers, and a very bad thing for the non-believers.

God is only tolerating sin here up to a point. It will not go on forever.
He has already defeated Satan at the cross, taking away his power of death,
making it possible for all to be redeemed.

THE ONLY people who will be kept OUT OF HEAVEN will be those who keep
themselves out because they would not come to Him and ask forgiveness
of their sin. Everyone else WILL BE forgiven, and WILL INHERIT eternal
life.

> Jesus sets men free from the deception, and He gives all who come to Him

There are no more important things in your life than coming to a right and
proper knowledge of Jesus Christ, which is to say a "saving knowledge" of
Him (where you've asked Him to forgive your sins), because none of us know
on what day, or in what hour or moment we'll die. None of us are promised
tomorrow here in the flesh, but those who are saved by Him are promised
eternity by His authority, grace, and power.

Jesus Christ is God Almighty, the creator of Heaven and the Earth, and
all that is in them. He reaches out to you personally to invite you to
be a part of His eternal Kingdom. It is beyond imagination beautiful and
is what you would expect a God with infinite power to create in splendor
and glory. It's called "the paradise of God" by Jesus Himself, and all
who are saved will take part in that purposed cause for man.

But for those who will not receive the free gift of salvation, who choose
to be rebels and go their own way, following their own beliefs, moving as
they choose to do without regard for God's creation, or any of the rules
He's established within that creation, they will be locked away in ever-
lasting flames, tormented forever so that they will never have any other
influence or involvement in His creation.

And again I say: nobody world-wide needs to go there. Jesus will forgive
EVERY SINGLE PERSON who comes to Him sincerely asking to be forgiven. And
again I reiterate, THE ONLY people who will enter into Hell will be those
who absolutely, positively, under all opportunities, invitations, and
multi-teachings, refused to receive His free gift, refused to ask Him to
forgive their sin.

And all such people absolutely deserve Hell because what God has created
is His, yet it is not burdensome. We have rules, but they are not
oppressive. We have things to do, and not do, but they are not to diminish
or harm us, but to protect and guide us here in this world against an
enemy who is ruthless, who will use everything fair and unfair to trick
and trap you, to prevent you from being saved.

Don't be played for a fool by a liar and a deceiver. Stand up for the
truth. Pursue it wholly, resolving within your own mind to seek it out
rightly, properly, completely.

Set your mind on the truth, and press in hard. God will know if/when you
do this, and He alone will make it possible for you to come to the truth.
He is truly sovereign over all, and He knows who are His even before they
know.

I pray that each of you will come to pursue truth, and press in hard, so
very hard, into it, seeking to know it, to hold it, to receive it, to have
it as your true possession, because in so doing you too will come to know
Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, and you will be saved and alive again in
eternity, and your future is then eternally secure.

I would like to see each of you in Heaven. It is glorious. It is beyond
any Earthly paradise you could imagine. It's recorded in the Bible, that
"better is one day in His court than thousands elsewhere."

Seek the truth, and be saved, spared the punishment of your sin, given a
new life (spiritual life) so that you too can be working for Him in this
world, rather than working for the enemy. And when you do, you too will
see what I see today, how difficult it is to reach out to people who are
not saved, who are not in pursuit of truth. But it's not for them that
we labor. It's for those who will hear the truth, and will be set free.
It is only for them we labor, and it is only for them that Jesus came here
to die.

Feel free to contact me privately if you'd like. I can answer questions,
or give you guidance. But first and foremost, resolve within your own
heart, your own mind, to pursue the truth. Ask God to reveal Himself to
you, in the way you can understand and receive and know that it is Him,
and He will do so. But also make sure you ask not to be deceived, because
there is a real enemy who will send you false things that seem like real
things, but are not. But by continuing to ask God to protect you from
the lies, from the falseness, then you will know the truth, because He
Himself will see to it.

I love you. It's why I take the time to write these things. I do not
just do it here, by the way, but in all of the places I am. It's because
I care so very much for people, because He first cared so very much for
people, and because His Holy Spirit lives inside of me, guiding me from
within. It's one of the great miracles He performs when we are saved,
and it can be yours as well ... if you will be saved.

Rick C. Hodgin

Here's a powerful resource for learning about the truth of God. We are
all one race. We are all His children. We are all in need of forgiveness.
We are all in the same boat. And it is only Satan and the people of this
world who are focused solely on the things of this world who try to divvy
up the resources, the business opportunities, the everything ... so that
there are a privileged inner few, and a denied outer many.

We are all one. We all need each other. We were created to love each
other as part of God's eternal family. It is only the enemy who espouses
some other evil agenda, which removes God from the equation, and replaces
Him with anything else.

It's not to be that way. God is who God is, and He deserves our respect.
He has given us everything through His Son, Jesus Christ. All we have to
do is receive it.

I see you repeatedly reject God's love. Please try harder to receive
His Son as Savior and Lord so that you too can live forever in the
paradise of God.

All Jesus wants to do is save your eternal soul from Hell, and give you
eternal life in His eternal paradise, essentially restoring you to what
God had in mind for you before sin entered in and destroyed everything.

There have been 3 updates to VS 2015 since that blog post and I know

did some of the expression SFINAE work already.
