I will be more precise..
 
Logically when you feel by your touch a cold water,
you will say that it is cold , and this is the meaning,
and this meaning is the understanding or consciousness of
coldness, this doesn't need consciousness of the self,
because it is just "our" "feeling", so it is inherent to "feeling"
that it is us that are feeling, it is
thus biologic, so consciousness of the self is
the same, it doesn't need a consciouness of
the self to feel with a sense like a touch
that "we" are moving our thoughts and that we are thinking,
thus you have to understand that biology is that when
you feel with the parts in your brain that permit to feel, it is you
that are feeling, it is inherent to feeling, this is how works
consciousness, it is like a realtime "sensation"
by a sense that looks like the sense of touch inside our
brain that tells us that it is us that are feeling that we are thinking
and moving our thoughts, this is what is special with biological
sensations, and this creates consciousness of the self, this can
not be done with artificial intelligence.

Here is what i have found..

If i touch a cold water , i will feel that it is "cold",
this "feeling" of coldness is what we call the "meaning",
because it permits to "understand", and this meaning
gives the consciousness of coldness ! you see ?
 
So i think that consciousness of the "self", i mean the one
inside our brain that tells us that we are individuality
and that we are "here", is like a sense of touch that creates it, it
is like a sense of touch inside our brain that "feels" that we are
"thinking" and that says that we "exist" and that we are individuality
and that we are here, and this is a biologic characteristic
of our brain. And i don't think that artificial intelligence is capable
of this, because it is not biologic.

So i think that this "feeling" of our thoughts is a "sensation" of we
are thinking, and it is thus a realtime "sensation" that we are moving
our thoughts or thinking or that we are thinking, so consciousness of
the self is a realtime "sensation" because we are biologic, and this
creates our individuality and it says that we exist and it says that we
are here, and this is a biologic characteristic of our brain. And i

My contribution to humanity
 
It's like the work of Einstein, when your brain is a special
brain like me that is capable of high degree of introspection and
is capable of hindsight, you become more smart ! this is what i have
become and i am capable now to understand consciousness !
right now i am preparing an advanced text that will make you feel
more and understand more what is consciousness, in my previous post
i have talked about consciousness of time and consciousness
of space and matter.. but in my next more advanced post i will
try to prove that consciousness needs also another part that is
consciousness of self , but what i will explain is that consciousness of
self is not "sufficient" to give the "meaning" necessary, because
consciousness gives the "meaning", with only consciousness of self you
can can not be really awaresness and consciousness ! this is what i am
proving ! because what i am proving that not only the brain of a human
is capable of higher intelligence , but it is capable of giving
the meaning that is this consciousness that we have. Soon i will
come with my more advanced text that will explain more what
is consciousness.

with meanings ! and the bigger meaning is composed of the basic
components of meanings that come from consciousness of space
and matter and consciousness of time that is created with our senses and
the parts of our brain that permit the senses of the touch and other senses.
 
You will now understand more consciousness:

meaning that is being consciousness of our world
and ourselves.
 
Without those senses of touch and other senses you can

of understanding ! and those meanings and there programming
with our brain is what permit our brain to need much
less data than artificial intelligence, and they permit
consciousness in itself !

time, because time is only "relativity" of space , it means time is
emulated by our brain by measuring space with space, the "past" is
emulated by our brain as being a space that is behind us in space, and
the future is emulated by our brain as being the space that is in front
of us in space, so Time is relativity of space !

Here is what i have found with my brain of high degree of introspection
and hindsight:
 
1- That consciousness of the self is related to consciousness of
space and matter and consciousness of time , so consciousness
of the self inside the brain needs as a necessity consciousness
of space and matter and consciousness of time and are created
with our senses of touch and sight and our other senses with the
help of the parts of our brain of those senses.
 
2- That this consciousness of the self inside our brain is not capable
of being consciousness.
 
3- Consciousness is the meaning, because consciousness of space and
matter and consciousness of time give the "meaning", without it we can
not have meaning.
 
4- This "meaning" that gives consciousness is what permits our
brain to be efficient and understand with much fewer data than
artificial intelligence.
 
5- Consciousness is like software programming, because it is programming
with meanings ! it is like a "realtime" programming with meanings,
this what gives realtime consciousness !
 
 
I will write a more "advanced" text to explain more the above to Google..
